As I said, there is practically no setup! Just install the overdose mod [link] and the syringes ++ mod [link] You’re good to go!
How to actually do it
Go into the machines section (gear icon) and spawn Gray’s generator, it’s very obvious which one it is. Activate it and electrocute a human then stab them with the immortality syringe. You’re done!
