Enemy Base Removal (v6) for Mindustry

Enemy Base Removal (v6)

Overview

A simple guide for end-game players trying to take over the planet. Has never failed me. Current tested version: v111

<<< Requirements >>>

Hello! This will be a quick guide on how to take out enemy bases easily. This section is to just be a quick checklist to see if you have everything you need. Basic things (such as overflow gates) are not listed.

  • Unloader
  • Exponential Reconstructor
  • Antumbra
  • RTG Generator
  • Plastanium Walls
  • Spectre
  • Nucleus Core
  • Overdrive Projectors
  • Mend Projectors
  • Large amounts of Copper, Lead, Silicon, Graphite, Plastanium, Surge Alloy, Titanium, Thorium, Phase Fabric, and Metaglass.

<<< First Steps >>>

Alright, you launched everything you needed to an enemy base. As soon as you land, start building 4-6 RTG generators, with an overdrive. Using overflow gates will allow no lag compared to routers.
Once you get that done, you’re able to start making polys. Polies? I’ll just use polys for now. Polys will be important for making your defense fat enough. Make it next to the core, using this setup.
As soon as you set that up, start making a plastanium wall, link up a spectre, and add mend projectors. When a poly is made, you’ll be able to build faster. We are using plastanium walls because we don’t know if an enemy that uses electric attacks will be coming or not.
Now, we can get into building the Antumbra to win this!

<<< Making a Beast >>>

Now, it’s time to make the Antumbra to kill the core. Once you have 3-10 Polys, repurpose it to make Flares. I’ll fist give an image, then describe what it all means.
I first start by putting the Air Factory and Additive Reconstructor to the side of the core to directly feed it Silicon and Graphite. Afterwards, I go and place a Multiplicative Reconstructor. Note: You should use payload conveyors to put it into a place that is easy to get resources to. Once you do that, you get out the Exponential Reconstructor. Ship out the materials that is needed, having a second line for Titanium for Cryofluid. By this point, you may have low power, so add more RTG Generators to make some more. You’ll only need 2 Water Extractors per Cryofluid Mixer, and 3 Cryofluid mixers for the Reconstructor. Make sure they are all overdrived. This should be your base by then:
All you have to do is wait. By the way, make sure you place a command center and set it to rally so they (the Antumbra) doesn’t fly away.

<<< Taking Over >>>

Once the Antumbra is made, control it. This part is the most difficult part, because you’ll need to navigate a minefield of Scatters and Fuses just to get to the core. You d have 7000 HP however, so a stray set of bullets or a single shot from a Fuse won’t really be too harmful.
Once you make it to the core, just fly right over it and start shooting. It should take only a few seconds until the core dies, which will also end up killing the Antumbra as well.
If there are multiple cores, just wait for another Antumbra to be made and do it again.
