[FIX] Indítás probléma / Starting issue (Win10x64 / dx11+)

(magyar) A minap szerettem volna behozni lemaradásom a franchise eme részével szemben, ám nem várt problémába ütköztem. A bevezető videó megtekintése után folyamatosan visszadobott az asztalra. Épség / integritás ellenőrzés, közösségi átfedés kikapcsolás, Fallout.ini paraméterezés sem vezetett eredményre. Némi kutatás, keresgélés, próbálkozás után találtam (működő!) megoldást a problémára. A Nexusmods -ról letölthető egy régebbi directX9-es dll, mely működésre bírja a játékot. Mind az nv, mind az amd (ati) tulajok számára elérhető a megfelelő file. Ím a link: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49976/? A letöltött dll-t egyszerűen csak be kell másolni a játék gyökérkönyvtárába. I went through defragging, validating the files through the steam properties, i disabled the steam community in-game, changing parameters in Fallout.ini, etc. None of these seemed to work, it fails again when validation is re-run. I’ve spent hours trying everything on the internet and it doesn’t work. On Nexusmod portal i’ve finally got it working (!) by using a DLL that forces the game to run in dx9. After download, just copy the proper dll in to your NV root directroy and done!
