Warning! This is permanent reset. Think twice before using it. Maybe the best option is to create another steam account instead and allow Family Library Sharing for it. So you will have access to all your games from that account with no stats, achievements etc.
To reset your stats to lvl 0 first of all close your game and Steam. You need to find the file called KillingFloor.ini and edit it. It is located in killingfloorSystem folder on PC and username/library/application support/killingfloor/system on MAC.
The lines we need to add to that file:
Don’t forget to save changes. Run Steam and game. Check out your levels in the game. If everything is OK undo all your changes and restart game and Steam.
Edit: It seems this method doesn’t work any more… but there is another one.
Another way to reset all your stats is to put a blank file named ResetStats.txt to game’s System folder instead of editing KillingFloor.ini. Just create such file and put it there. That may work for you. Another steps are the same as described in the first method. And don’t forget to delete your file after it works.

Внимание! Это не восстанавливаемый сброс. Может быть будет лучше создать другой steam аккаунт и открыть ему доступ к библиотеке игр. Таким образом у вас будет доступ ко всем играм вашего аккаунта без уровней, достижений и т.п.
Чтобы сбросить уровень перков до lvl 0 сначала закройте игру и Steam. После чего нужно найти файл KillingFloor.ini, который находится в папке killingfloorSystem на ПК и username/library/application support/killingfloor/system на МАК и отредактировать его.
Нам нужно добавить в файл следующие строки:
Не забываем сохранить изменения. Запускаем Steam и игру. Проверяем наш левел в игре. Если все OK удаляем наши изменения и перезапускаем Steam и игру.
Ред.: Вроде бы этот способ сейчас не действует… но есть другой.
Другой способ сбросить уровень перков – положить пустой файл ResetStats.txt в папку System вместо того, чтобы редактировать KillingFloor.ini. Просто сами создайте такой файл в этой папке. Это тоже может сработать. Все остальные действия такие же, как и в первом способе. Не забудьте удалить файл после сброса.
