Really simple but you need a friend
1. get the helicopter hat on. (here is this guide)
2.Start Pizza job between 12:00pm and 1:00am
3. Follow alien and do not give it pizza when it stops
4. activate helicopter hat and fly underneath the alien and go in the cockpit.
5. tell your friend to give the alien the pizza
