Overview
There is few pre-rendered cutscenes in this game, similarly to Resident Evil 5. Therefore, it would not take much effort into upscaling and using frame interpolation software. The WMV3 files used in this game impose a lot of restrictions.I will be making multiple versions of this upscales, including 720p@60, 720p@120, 1080p@30, 1080p@60, and 1440p30.This is due to the limitations of using WMP within the game to playback video files, specifically WMV (Windows Media Video).
Introduction
Using both Topaz VEAI and Flowframes (for frame interpolation), I have managed to upscale and (hopefully) implemented frame interpolation into the pre-rendered cutscenes for this game.
However, 4K does not have frame interpolation support as no software can concurrently convert into WMV at 4K@60. If anyone wants to support me in this regard, let me know.
There are many limitations embedded within this game. The game used to be able to withstand 4K WMV files but now crashes upon playback. Therefore, the upscales are up to 1440p/QHD.

This upscale is hosted on Nexus Mods. This requires a free account to be able to download on the website.
If you wish to download interpolated pre-rendered cutscenes, see optional files. You will see 60fps and 120fps. The game is locked at 120fps.
I have not tested the upscales to be installed via Fluffy’s Mod Manager, however I have packaged the files to be compatible with the mod manager, so give it a try!
