Edit: THIS IS OLD AS HELL. This mod doesn’t remove stuff like CYCLONE and Carols vigerous in-gameplay screeching it also doesnt include some new torque lines

Well that I can provide, with a VO removal mod I made! Simply download here:

Then, extract all the files found in there to a directory similar to this one (C:SteamLibrarySteamAppsCommonFreedom PlanetDataVoicesEng)
And voila! Voice acting be gone.
(IMPORTANT NOTE!: Certain lines like ones found during gameplay (“Cyclone!” for example) cannot be removed from the game. Also certain lines spoken from Syntax and Brevon have been purposly left in on Thermal Base and Final Dreadnought Pt. 1-4, due to them kind of being important, and also pretty funny/cool.)
