Here’s the complete list of all journal locations on the map, zoomed in for the coordinates. Note that these are not necessarily the exact coordinates as given by the hints found in the game, I didn’t find all of the hints so I’m just using the maps coordinates for them.
If you’re nearing a piece of the journal, you should hear a noticeable sound like paper blowing in the wind which should allow you to find them rather easily based on the maps/coordinates here:
