A guide detailing the locations of every Servo-Skull in the game. *Image Heavy*
Intro
Hello everybody and welcome to my guide. This one partially arose out of an incomplete guide posted a couple of years ago for this game. I contacted the guide maker to see if would finish it but got no response. So, I got to work and made an entirely new one for y’all, complete with sign posted images and descriptions.
I hope you find this both informative and easy to follow; sorry it took so long for someone to upload a guide on this here.

Chapter 1: Planetfall
[There are no Servo-Skulls in this area]
Chapter 2: “Against All Odds”
Audio Log: Workshift 465 – 1/5 (Chapter Start): Found behind a destructible Ork barricade, encountered before entering through the archways into the destroyed building.
Journal: Guardsman Alexander – 1/5 (Chapter Start): Found above some sandbags in front of you, before the trenches, after reuniting with Leandros and the ambush by Gretchins.
Audio Log: Medicae Station Ventris – 1/5 (Trenches): Found in the second bunker you see in the trenches, after meeting with Lt Mira
Battlefield log: 2nd Lt. Mira – 1/5 (No Man’s Land): Found in a small room near the grenades, inside the building entered from the courtyard.
Journal: Guardsman Alexander – 2/5 (No Man’s Land): Found in the first bunker to the left after exiting the building.
Chapter 3: “Belly of the Beast”
Duty Log: Transmechanic Petronius – 1/5 (Chapter Start): On the right inside the fortress. Destroy the barricade next to the ammo. Skull is inside the room.
Battlefield Log: 2nd Lt. Mira – 2/5 (Armory): When you get off the elevator on the lower floor, the skull is directly ahead near some ammo.
Chapter 4: “Titans of Graia”
Audio Log: Medicae Station Ventris – 2/5 (Train Station): Turn left before heading to the train at the end of the first walkway.
Chapter 5: “The Inquisitor”
Journal: Guardsman Alexander – 3/5 (Chapter Start): After seeing the Crane and winning the battle with the Orks in the lower area, the Journal can be found behind the crate to the right of the ramp that leads you out of the area.
Encrypted Report: Inquisitor Drogan – 1/5 (Cargo Bay): After taking the elevator down, the report can be found on the walkway towards the manufactorum.
Chapter 6: “Lair of Giants”
Audio Log: Workshift 465 – 2/5 (Chapter Start): Found near some grenades on a walkway leading down in the opposite direction from the elevator.
Encrypted Report: Inquisitor Drogan – 2/5 (Chapter Start): The report is found near the ramp to the left of the door. Head down there before activating the bridge and heading to the exit door.
Chapter 7: “Heart of Darkness”
Duty Log: Transmechanic Petronius – 2/5 (Chapter Start): Log found after the second big encounter with the Orks, in the left sewer entrance.
Audio Log: Medicae Station Ventris – 3/5 (Chapter Start): Found after dropping to the catwalks, on the left behind a barricade before the elevator.
Chapter 8: “Whispers of the Dead”
Audio Log: Medicae Station Ventris – 4/5 (Chapter Start): In a hallway behind you, found before entering the street and after dropping into some rubble.
Encrypted Report: Inquisitor Drogan – 3/5 (Chapter Start): Found in a room on your right, following the encounter with the Shoota Boyz and after you’ve entered the building.
Audio Log: Workshift 465 – 3/5 (Chapter Start): Upstairs from the previous skull, in a room on the left.
Personal Message: Worker Nathaniel – 1/5 (Street Warfare): Found in the first underground tunnels, to the right near some ammo.
Encrypted Report: Inquisitor Drogan – 4/5 (Streeet Warfare): Found to the left of the ramp, following the fight with Orks in the open area.
Personal Message: Worker Nathaniel 2/5 (Jump Pack): Found after you jump to the first platform. Follow the path to the right, tump up to the next level. You’ll find the skull there.
Encrypted Report: Inquisitor Drogan – 5/5 (Jump Pack): Found by heading past the crashed Rok, to the right of the stairs.
Audio Log: Workshift 465 – 4/5 (Jump Pack): Following the fight with the Wierdboy head down the stairs to the right. The skull is found near some grenades.
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 1/10 (Jump Pack): After you exit the Weirdboy area, jump over some rubble straight ahead to find the skull, before heading down the stairs.
Audio Log: Workshift 465 – 5/5 (Jump Pack): Found in the next area. After climbing up the small stairs the skull is two levels above you on your right.
Chapter 9: “The Weapon”
Personal Message: Worker Nathaniel – 3/5 (Kalkys Outskirts): Found at the end of the canyon, to the left of the destroyed bridge.
Audio Log: Medicae Station Ventris – 5/5 (Kalkys Outskirts): Found near the crashed Valkyrie, where the canyons converge.
Battlefield Log: 2nd Lt. Mira – 3/5 (Kalkys Outskirts): Found to the left of the ramp that leads up to the canal area.
Chapter 10: “House of Secrets”
Duty Log: Transmechanic Petronius – 3/5 (Chapter Start): After destroying the pair of servo turrets head right at the intersection.
Duty Log: Transmechanic Petronius – 4/5 (The Labs): Found in the smaller lab with a turret inside.
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 2/10 (Security Room): Clear the remaining Shoota Boyz, then head towards the side walkway with the destroyed door before inserting the power source at the center of the room.
Chapter 11: Point of No Return
[There are no Servo-Skulls in this area]
Chapter 12: “Dying of the Light”
Personal Message: Worker Nathaniel – 4/5 (Chapter Start): Entering the pipe from the bridge, then go upstairs and turn left. The skull is found at the end of the hallway behind the barricade.
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 3/10 (Chapter Start): Follow the hallway in the opposite direction and head behind another barricade past the stairs and into a large room.
Battlefield Log: 2nd Lt. Mira – 4/5 (Chapter Start): Following the Chaos and Ork encounter, the skull can be found up the stairs and in a room to the right.
Journal: Guardsman Alexander – 4/5 (Enemies Aplenty): After reuniting with Lt. Mira and fighting in the large room, the skull is found near the back wall by some ammo.
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 4/10 (Enemies Aplenty): Out of the elevator, move down the hallway. Continue to move until you see another hallway to your right. To the right of that is a small area with a Skull.
Duty Log: Transmechanic Petronius – 1/1 (Bastion Primus): Back to the original hallway from the elevator, at the end, down the catwalk by weapons and a shrine.
Journal: Guardsman Alexander – 5/5 (Bastion Primus): Found following your break from the squad and Lt. Mira, in a trench near some weapons.
Battlefield Log: 2nd Lt. Mira – 5/5 (Bastion Primus): Found under the bunker, behind some crates near the ammo cache and final door that leads to Warboss.
Chapter 13: “Wake the Sleeping Giant”
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 5/10 (Chapter Start): Found through the doorway on the left before the ramp, before exiting the catwalks area.
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 6/10 (Free the Titan): Out of the elevator, found in the left corner of the room.
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 7/10 (Free the Titan): Found in a sideroom up a ramp to the left of the elevator, after breaking from your squadmates.
Inquisitor Attacked -1/3 (Free the Titan): In a small room to the left of the walkway where you find the Chaos Drone.
Chapter 14: Victory and Sacrifice
[There are no Servo-Skulls in this area]
Chapter 15: “Prince of Daemons”
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 8/10 (Chapter Start): Found to the right of the ammo and weapons after exiting the elevator.
Personal message: Worker Nathaniel – 5/5 (Traitor’s Arena): In a destroyed pipe to the right of where you fight some Renegades, before heading outdoors.
Inquisitor Attacked – 2/3 (Traitor’s Arena): Near the weapons after you’ve fought the Bloodletter Daemons.
Chapter 16: “Spire of Madness”
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 9/10 (Ascent): In a hallway on the left, following the first encounter with the Chaos Psyker.
Journal: Inquisitor Drogan – 10/10 (Vertigo): After exiting the hallway, on a floating platform above defended by a Chaos Space Marine.
Inquisitor Attacked – 3/3 (Vertigo): After an encounter with a Chaos Drone, in a small room to the right.
Chapter 17: Man Against Daemon
[There are no Servo-Skulls in this area]
Conclusion
Well, there you have it. All the servo-skulls in one guide. Some have reported a bug that sometimes happens, where picking up a Servo skull can glitch out and cause the game to not count the skull, but I have reason to beleive it has been fixed, as I could not replicate this issue once.
Space Marine is both derivative and rather unique. While it sometimes feels like a by the numbers shooter, the Warhammer flavor really helps it stand out from the crowd. I wish it sold enough for a sequel, but alas, it was not to be.
