Overview
This is the complete list of all the content you can possibly get for Dragon Age: Origins with information, explanation and instructions on how to acquire them !
.
What is this guide and how to use it ?
I created this guide because for a lot of people it was not clear which content they can have for the game Dragon Age: Origins and how they could get them.
My ultimate goal was that once you finish reading this guide you should be able to get all the content you can have for DA:O.
I hope this clears some of the confusion and helps some people.
Basics
The descripton on the store page says:
Dragon Age: Origins – Ultimate Edition includes Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening and all nine content packs.
Basically;
Dragon Age: Origins————————(base game)
Dragone Age: Origins Awakening——–(expansion pack / DLC)
The Stone Prisoner————————-(Add-On) / sidequest in the main campaign
Warden’s Keep——————————(Add-On) / sidequest in the main campaign
Return to Ostagar—————————(Add-On) / sidequest in the main campaign
The Golems of Amgarrak——————(Other Campaign) / a new short campaign
The Darkspawn Chronicles—————-(Other Campaign) / a new short campaign
Leliana’s Song——————————-(Other Campaign) / a new short campaign
Witch Hunt————————————(Other Campaign) / a new short campaign
Feastday Gifts and Pranks—————-(Items)
Blood Dragon Armor————————(Items)
Add-On contents are like extra side-quests you can complete during your main campaign,
Other Campaigns are additional campaigns seperated from the main campaign and
Items are self explanatory.
Note: There is also another (Other Campaign) DLC called ” A Tale of Orzammar[dragonage.wikia.com] ” which was originally distributed through an issue of PC Gamer magazine.
Unfortunately it is not possible to acquire it officially in another way.
If you are having problems with one or more of them, please go to the guide below and jump to No DLCs title.

However it is not posssible to buy them seperately on Steam.
You can still buy them from Bioware’s website and register them to your Bioware/Origin account which also has your current game registered and you will have to download and install them from the website manually.
I still suggest buying the Ultimate Edition as it will be cheaper if you want to buy all the content that is available.
