Struggling in the Minecart section during chapter 4-3?

NOTE: Please be aware, that by following this play-style, you will be forfeiting all if not most of the loot dropped by the enemies, since there will be no way to pick it up. Use at your own discretion.
Guide
Stay in the center cart and equip the shotgun. Fire at the Ganados on the rafters as soon as they are within range. Doing so will cause them to either jump down too early, allowing your minecart to run them over, or cause the “fall” animation, instantly killing them. This also applies to the two Chainsaw “El Salvador” enemies as well.
