Simply watch through the whole visual novel
Only thing I can add up on to that is that you should go to your options and press the super fast button. It has a picture of a rocket ship on it. Makes the visual novel slightly faster than if you read it on slow/normal.
So if you watch through the whole thing you will get all the achievments :))
