strategy for Pixel Heroes: Byte & Magic

strategy

Overview

My collected strategies for most encounters/dungeons. You should no longer have difficulties beating the game if you follow this. Should work with all character classes, just have 1-2 healers (or casters with healing spells).((Underlined Stuff should be a priority))

Sunken Empire

Armor: Best

Bossloot: Faithweapon

Boneyard

Armor: Wyrm
Weapons: Griffon

Old Volcano

Armor: Phoenix
Weapons: Leviathan
Protection: Stunned, Burning

Bossloot: Burning Sword “Scream of the Phoenix.” It has a range of 1-2, 100% burn chance, is magical, and is based on 10% strength + 75% dexterity + 25% magic + (a base amount, might depend on player level, mine says 10). — (thanks to SexyPanther)

Goblin Outpost

Weapons: Magical
Protection: Bleeding, Stunned, Sick

Bossloot: Pitchfork

Cyclopean Pyramid

Bossloot: …

Randoom Meteorite

Armor: Best

Gates of Ashtur

Armor: Best

some mobs use confuse and burning, but no one uses it in AoE, and the burning only hits your front guy. The boss does AoE bleed, which isn’t a big deal either — (thanks to rpgarcher)

Bossloot: …

Mentionable (lootwise) Pre-Dungeon-Encounters

Flying Tentacle Guy – Loot: Infesting Whip (hits 1-3)

Hand reaching out of ground – Loot: Necromancer’s Hand (Spell all)

Strange staring Guy – easy with lots of protection (especially stun/confuse/curse) – Loot: something good but i forgot ^^

Pre Dungeon encounter loot green pipe, Reach in and could get Sword of Shrooms, or be attacked by mushrooms. — (thanks to Exxor: Killer Drake)

Death himself – use the Tazer (Stun him) – loot: Deadly Scythe — (thanks to zzache)
