Overview
In this guide I will review the Recon pack, which is purchasable from the game’s website or in-game. I hope you guys find my guide useful and make you sure about whether to buy this awesome pack or not. I will review only the M14 (gun) statistically, simply because the other 2 items do not have stats! 😀
Generally
Okay, to begin with, this pack costs 4.99$ in-game and, if I am not mistaken, 3.96$ from the website.
The price doesn’t really matter because all the packs cost the same. The point is that this pack has some small differences from some other packs. First of all, it contains the Recon uniform (favorite), the bowie knife and the M14. So, we have a uniform, a knife and a gun. Well, the gun is pretty awesome and good for all kinds of combat, the knife is only for bragging, it has no differences with the default knife, and yeah, the uniform, is a uniform. Let’s be realists, all the packs are only for the appearance of the character and suport the developer(s). However, the gun has some unique sound effects, which is an awesome fact, and it’s, in my opinion, an upgraded VSS.
EDIT: Some days (or hours, I don’t remember) after making this guide, Brain/Out released the free play update, which included recon pack being able to be bought with the additional currency (RU). So please don’t make any comments about it, think that instead of talking about real money, I am talking about the game’s money.
The Uniform
Ok so, as I mentioned above in generally section, this uniform is my favorite. Some other people state that this uniform is a piece of crapwithlegs. Maybe. But hell, it looks like an authentic Russian recon, that’s the point of the game. This uniform has also a difference with the other uniforms, the helmet completely changes the appearance of the character.
In this game the uniforms do not play any other role rather than cosmetic only. If you want uniforms, don’t buy it, because that’s not the point, there are other uniforms for free and kinda better.

The Knife
Damn right, that’s the bowie knife, a big, badass, hunting-like, knife. HELL YEAH! YEAH! Yeah……

The Gun
Here comes the thing that makes this pack useful in society. THE M14.
The M14 one of my favorite guns in-game, fast fire rate, high damage, long range and hell yeah it can take suppressor. Let’s see some photos of the gun:

Conclusion and Links
Alright so here we are at the end of this guide. To sum up, this pack is not something really special, but, in my opinion, if you want to support the game developer(s) and have some new items in your collection to show that you are nothing more than a kid with money and skillz, go for it, don’t hesitate to buy it.
