Blood Crown/Corrupted King Achievement [OUTDATED]

Overview

The easiest way to get the blood crown and the corrupted king achievement. Note that this guide is outdated and no longer works.

Method

You will need:

• A tome page of unholy travels
• Fireworks, a strong party, or enough warriors – a way to bypass or fight corrupted enemies.
• A reasonable amount of sanity

Basically, the tome page of unholy travels opens a portal to a blood spider themed dimension – the same map every time (same in 3 out of 3 trials), it contains one lizard village, one blood altar, and some blood spider-y monsters.

The dimension will always look like this

The blood altar is the unidentified location at the upper right, the lizard village is on the lower left.

On interaction with the blood altar, it will give you the option to take the blood crown from it. Note that you will instantly be returned to the real world when you take the crown, so finish any unfinished business before you do. The achivement should pop up shortly, though mod use may hinder achievement collection.
