I made the sticky monkey guide, And everyone liked it, So i figured i have played the game alot more now, So why not cram everything i know into this guide?
How to wallstick
This will teach you how to stick to walls, First step, Learn how to walljump, Walljumping means jumping from wall to wall, Sort of like in super mario where you grab a wall, jump to another, and repeat. In the jungle map there will be 2 tall walls for practice. Once you have learned, You can begin. To stick to a wall, Simply walljump as normal, Exept instead of hitting the next wall while you are flying towards it face your hand at the wall, Sort of like telling a car to stop. Then hold it there. You will stick for 0.5 seconds and then slowly slide downwards. And then you can use this to throw yourself almost directly upwards. Gaining an insane amount of height compared to normal. You can stick longer to ramps, The less steep the longer you can stick, You will also stick to ramps for way longer if the round just ended and you get frozen. Another way to stick longer is by slowly walking towards the wall in your playspace, Note that this is very risky and you can easily hit something. You do not have to move very fast.
Maps.
This will explain how to go into each of the maps, What they are, And who each one is for. First, The first map you will go into in your first playthrough is the Jungle. the Jungle is good for monkeys who prefer hiding or being out of reach of lava monkeys. It is a large open space with many trees to parkour, hide, or attack monkeys from above. it is mostly played by experienced monkeys so i wouldnt recommend it for newer players. Since its far harder to catch or run in the jungle. How to access the jungle, Simply go outside of the tree through a large hole to the right of the computer. And as long as you are connected to internet you will automatically join 9 other monkeys. Second map, The cave. It is less obvious to find, You will need to go back to the monkey computer inside the large stump. And to the left of the computer you will see a hole going downwards. Simply jump in and go through the tunnel to join a cave match. The cave map is a more closed space. With many crystals for easy parkour and wall jumping. There is also a even smaller mineshaft within the cave. The cave is better for learning monkeys, Since the walls are very very sloped so its easy to learn how to wallrun, I would write how to wallrun but i havent caught on yet so i recommend this video. Hooking
Hooking is the act of grabbing a object to pull yourself forward. While running simply hook your hand around the object to pull yourself forward. This can also be used to change direction. Just smack the object to go flying towards a random direction. Its recommended to frequently use this to change direction while on the ground since it makes it harder for lava monkeys to catch you.
Camo
This is how to hide in the environment. First step, Mute your microphone. Second step, Be a dark green monkey, Third step, Become tree leaves. You can also become orange and blend in with the lava monkeys. Try to stay out of range as its obvious if you get close.
Tagger monkeys.
A tagger monkey is either made of lava or red stone. Both are basically the same except there can only be one red monkey at the same time. A tagger monkey gets randomly selected every round To spread the infection. A tagger monkey can spread the infection by simply touching a untagged monkeys head, or torso. The arms and hands do not count. And a tagger monkey gets 30% more power. That means that if the tagger monkey punches a wall, He will send himself flying 30% further. So basically they are faster and the game is rigged.
Misc
Everything below this is basically funny monkey garbage. So click off if you dont want to become funny monkey comedian.
Tall monkey
How to be tall monkey: Simply set your controllers down on the floor, make sure to undo the wriststrap, And stand all the way up. You are now super tall monkey! Also if you are on top of tall tree and want to camp for some reason you can set your controllers on the floor so you dont fall off. But you will most likely get afk kicked.
How to get banned as fast as physically possible.
Download gorilla tag hacks, Use it in a public lobby, Scream the n word and say that lgbtq is bad over and over again. Tell people to report you, Join a different lobby once everybody said they did, Repeat.
