[Minigun]+[The Best Defense]+[Deadeye Lens] —- modified by Doctor Dew
excellent option for beginners, because you don’t need to follow the rhythm,but it deals not enough damage on high difficulty
[SMG]+[Richeous Sun]
deals a lot of damage at close range but much less damage at long range.
also you can replace [Riceous Sun] with [Dwarven Ring] (was added in Overdrive update)

[Energy Cannon]+[Face of Death]+[The Secret Chord]
the best choice for destroying bosses, but sucks in simple rooms
[Raygun]+[Face of Death]+[Quaternote] —– suggested by SilverTongue
insane because it has infinite ammo already just shreds bosses.
[Sawn-off Shotgun]+[Battle Lion Shield (or The Best Defense)]+[Quaternote]
shows its full potential in close combat
[Gauss Cannon]+[The Best Defence]+[Quaternote]
i think, this is the best combination, gauss cannon powerful in itself, but it has a small magazine, long reload time and low rate of fire, and The Best Defence with Quaternote eliminate these shortcomings
[Sawn-off Shotgun]+[Dwarven Ring]

powerful rocketjump it pushes you into the corner of the room, nice damage, but shells need time to reach the target
