Description
Description of the Battlefield :
The battlefield is a plain in the warm environment that is a savanna.It is divided by 1 mainstream river who divides itself into 2 smaller rivers,bringing some fresh air,and cutting the map into 3 areas.
The dominate parts of the battlefield are the flanks.
These little ditches give you some cover
The center part of the map doesn’t fit an aggressive gameplay tactic,because there are too few positions to hide in.The center requires some passive play and patiente while the rest of your team do their work on the flanks.
This flank offers some good cover to push the enemy
The 2 sides of the map will let you be aggressive towards your enemy’s position ,and it also gives you to ability to destroy the center defence if there is any.Indeed,the center position doesn’t cover its flanks ,it covers only in front.So if an enemy doesn’t check its flank,you have the opportunity to kill them all !
Pros / Downsides
Pros :
- A veru beautiful map,with alot of detail and a very good texture choice
- The balancing of this map feels great,each side has its own dominante positions that can throw off the enemy !
Downsides :
- The problem with this map is that it is too small for a normal LineBattle event ,its size is more fitted for public server gameplay or a fast round at the end of an event if you have a few minutes to spare
Enjoying a nice campfire in the Savanna in case you’re freezing
Conclusion
Is the Mod worth the download?
Yes ,the mod is worth a download and is generally fun to play.Its attention to detail and environment make it really fun to play on.The savanna biom theme stands out compared to other maps.But beware that if you play on this map ,the round won’t last long.If this doesn’t bother you,then go for it !
