Mir Solo pvp tutorial. for Hunter's Arena: Legends

Mir Solo pvp tutorial.

Overview

Greetings. In this guide i would like to share my opinion about Mir and why i use only him in Solo PvP.

Info

This tutorial is also for beginners, but it requires atleast some knowledge of the character and mainly PVP!

If you are unsure of your skill, you can practice against Bot or in TAG/FFA matches.

But that doesnt prepare you fully for what’s gonna happen in solo, because you can get ambushed anytime at the worst time or just get instakilled by someone who has 10 000 more power than you.
Practice and TAG gives you enough knowledge how to defend yourself and counter-attack.

Lobby – preparations

Well well, there is it, Gates are not opened yet and you have 1000 money to spare.

Equipment :

Go to Equipment merchant and buy Skill based weapon (picture below)

Skills :

I everytime use 1st or 2nd skill (Ctrl+1-2) but its absolutely up to you. 1st Skill is very good for sending people up and start comboing then and popping their Escape Skill.

Ability :

With our PVP build for Mir we gonna aim first for Fighter’s Spirit and later for Accuracy. (I never aim for Harmory unless i have a lot of points for spare, mostly after lv 28+)

Where to go?

99% times i always head to: Tower of screams (picture below)

The reasson for that is, its very close to main Town and it has plenty of mini-bosses + chests and mostly times you will have enough time to finish lv 20 there + kill Boss on top before barrier reaches you.
And most importantly, you don’t need horse to get there since it takes only 25 seconds to get there.

Entering dungeon

Your main priority is getting all 3 skills ready!!
Later getting lv 20 for 4th skill.

1st scenario :

You will enter dungeon with multiple people.

In that case i recommend to hide in 1st floor and kill mini-boss to gain instantly 2 skill points which you use to unlock 2 remaining abilities.
Now you have 2 options, if you belive in yourself, go and kill other players to gain huge power boost + crystals, or keep farming until lv 20.

2nd scenario :

You will enter dungeon alone.

In that case go on last floor (not top of building where is boss) and wait for chests to respawn.
Lure monsters to attack and then open the chest, you will get EXP books from them and you can faster level up, because killing mini-boss with 1st level is really pain.

After getting 3 skills ready, just farm until lv 17-20 and when you hear (The boss has appeared) go on top of the building and kill boss + don’t forget to loot his chest.

Types of chests :

Main Bosses always have Legendary chest near them.

You can easily recognize which chest you are opening by looking at their opening time (or color) :

Basic Chest (White) : 2 seconds
Rare Chest (Blue) : 3 Seconds
Legendary Chest (Yellow) : 4 seconds

Abilities.

Again, this is just my opinion and you can have different methods of upgrading your character.

Level 1-15

First of all, you gonna spend all your points until you gonna have Skill attack powerup fully upgraded.

This is what your skills atleast should looks like atleast before you go on Boss (i had only lv 11 there so i went for Chief damage instead Skill defense)

Level 20+

Basically we are upgrading only right sides of Fighter’s Spirit + Accuracy (if you got more points to spare later, you can go for more health)

Leaving dungeon

After killing Main Boss on top of the building (or reaching level 20) (or you just had to leave because of barrier) head to the main town which is very close.

You should atleast have 2000 money (best would be if you have 5000+)
But nothing is lost, you can still always sell your weapons for coins (not recommended)

Potions :

First of all, go to the General Merchant

Depends on your money, either buy Regular HP potion or Greater HP potions + 2x Potion Replenisher

Belive me, even having 160x Regular hp potions wasn’t enough, because barrier can easily eat 100 potions of you, if you are unlucky.

Equipment :

If you are missing any part of equipment, go and buy it, then head to the Blacksmith and start upgrading lowest rarity items until you are out of Crystals “Coals”

In Advanced equip. merchant i always buy again Skill-based weapon (only exception is when i already obtained Legendary weapon from chest or player, in that case, buy Legendary armor or Helm)

Level 20

If you managed to get level 20, be sure to learn Super skill, its very usefull and works similar to Escape skill because it can be used while you are holding M1 and defending yourself.

Leaving Town

You can either use Glider in middle of Town if you have 200 coins spare and barrier is very close or buy horse.

After this point its all up to you how you gonna play the rest of the game, you can simply go in middle where barrier is shrinking to, hide in bush and wait.

Or go and keep gaining levels to gain more and more power. (recommended)
Leveling up gives a tons of power, damage etc.. hiding whole game is the worst thing you wanna do.

Logs

My results from Solos with this strategy :

Why Mir?

In my opinion, each of his skill is very nice balanced for any kind of combat against Solo or Multiple players.

First skill
long range very op and hard to counter if used properly (for example while opponent is knocked down and gonna stand up)
Second skill
Stamina eater, good to take multiple targets at once with high radius
Third skill
well thats kinda meh, i use it sometimes but nothing special, attacking opponents flank and throwing behind myself isnt anything super.
Fourth skill..
oooh yeah, unstoppable tornado, what could be better than 7 times hit enemy and eat their stamina or push them off the cliff or into barrier.

Not to mention Mir got ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 2 Escape skills! Basic M1 + M2 and his special ability Exploding Rage which works exactly same as Escape skill.
