Couple of easy steps
Step 1 :
Play the game and disable vsync in your video options
Step 2 :
Right click on desktop and enter Nvidia Control Panel
Step 3 :
Click 3D settings and then “Manage 3d settings”
Step 4 :
Click program settings and use your Dead space.exe file
Step 5 :
Enable Vsync
Step 6:
Save it and enjoy the game
