even though precinct 17 is tutorial prison it felt wrong to not include in guide

center perks 2.0 is first real prison in escapee 2 game so green arrow of helpfulness gone along with button prompts so I was at first confused. after spending 2 hours waiting for green arrow to appear i come up with own cunning plan.

Fort tundra is the first hard prison but by following these steps you can make this prison easy.
