Ice and Fire Barbarian build. v0.64.1

Overview

Lilacecat’s Ice and Fire build This build will have the main damage be built around the frostborn talent tree, but it will have increased damage coming from the dragonkin tree. It will also have insane movement speed and high CDR for fast clearing.

Frostborn Skill Tree

• Frost Claw was a optional skill i went with but the choice is all up to you on this one.
• Artic Leap will be something you use to get around maps fast and increase damage by a good margin. I highly suggest not putting points into the branching skill of Impact as the knockback is something as you want to be close to your targets as possible. From my current build/gear set im at im rolling with a cooldown of 1.90 seconds per leap. This allows me too move from place to place and keep up my Chilled damage stacks at all times.
• Icicles I went with this skill for the main reason of how low i can get the CD with the giant AOE it comes with. This helps highly when jumping from pack to pack and clearing out the common mobs.
• Chomp is a skill that i’m still testing out if its viable. It does a good job at jolting around the room so far and bringing mobs to me. It has a nice leech effect and bleed.
• Frostcall is my personal choice I see it being better then the other.

• Chilled will always be applied as a extra DPS boost when the target is hit.
• Frostbite is one of the giant boosts in DPS that is neccessary in this build. It is applied through all frost skills when used so main attack, Artic Leap, Frost Winds,and Icicles will mesh nicely.
• Frost Winds will also be a giant boost in DPS that will do a AOE. It also gains the effect of frostbite with the Biting Winds passive.
• Rage Release is alright since everytime you get to max rage it expoldes in a AOE of 3 meters and you will get your min rage as high as you can to get this, while keeping your max rage as low as possible. The passives Anger Management, Hot Headed,and Bide are essencial for this to keep this going. Also get the masterys Battle Cry, I Am Always Angry, and Frost Shock.
• Cool makes spamable Icicles.
• Razor Ice allows procs of Internal Hemorrhage.

Dragonkin Skill Tree

• Dragon Leap deals great damage considering not building into this tree. With the skills Explosive Manoeuvers, Destruction Manoeuvers, Cooling Off, Boiling, and Fissures.

• Molten Veins will turn your thorns into splashing fire damage with a good hit range. Including
• Lava Blood this will also make puddles to form dealing the same damage for 4 seconds a second.
• Hot Headed needed for frost build AOE rage spending passive.
• Cooling Off allows triggering of frost skill tree passive Frost Winds.

Guardian Skill Tree

• Bide is a rage generator used for frost pasive.
• Internal Hemorrhage give a good bit of damage from the Razor Ice passive from the frost tree.
• Hunger is more DPS to low hp mobs.
