Guide To Becoming The Master Roaster: Achievements

Overview

Not understanding how to get achievements? Do you need assistance to getting the Golden Parrots? This guide will significantly help you in exactly that way.

Welcome To This Guide!

Achivements in this game can be really difficult, such as getting all the Golden Parrots. After all, can you really call yourself a Master Roaster if you can’t unlock the achievements? This guide will, as guides all do, guide you onto the right path.

Roasting 101

This achievement is an extremely easy one. Just finish the basic tutorial. If you already know how to play this game, remember you can skip the text by just clicking.

Breakthrough

To unlock this, just win an argument. It really shouldn’t be too hard and you should’ve gotten this one already. (Although, only 80.7% of people who have this game have gotten this. I wonder why they spent the money on it if they don’t even play).

“It’s not about how hard you can get roasted…”

You need to win an argument without losing less than half your pride. This achievement can be difficult if you’re playing online or against the CFO in career mode. However, against anyone else in career mode or on a couch, this should be a breeze.

Gone in 220 seconds

You need to speed through an argument (and win) in less than 220 seconds. Try all the tactics that will quickly end your opponent and remember:

You can skip text by clicking.

The Roast must go on!

In order to get this one, you must win a cliffhanger (the result of both stars dying in the same roast exchange). If you’re going to get this one, try to be the person who goes first. If you didn’t know, the person going first always rotates every turn.

The Citizen Kane of Roast

This one requires you to get 15 Golden Parrots with one character. The first three scenes really shouldn’t be too hard when it comes to getting their Golden Parrots, but the fourth and fifth scenes aren’t as easy.

Fourth:
– Win the Roast (Come on, you know the drill.)
– Get a x2 Combo (It may take several attempts, but you should be able to do it)
– Use three comebacks (This is the one people complain about being too hard. It really isn’t too hard if you know how to do it. Whenever you get the ability to use a weak comeback, use it. Also, don’t defeat your co-star before you get all three).

Fifth:
– Win the Roast (No way! This one again?!)
– Don’t let your pride go below 35 (Be ultra defensive and make sure they don’t get damaging insults. Also, use comebacks as often as possible as you won’t get enough damage to get the higher ones).
– Hurt your co-star’s pride by 35 (Try to get a x2 combo and a weakness. Weaknesses are very common against F. Parker, CFO in the Fool Of Wall Street scene).

The cast of Parrots

This achievement is just an expansion of the previous achievement. Get 3 characters with the full 15 Golden Parrots.

A Parrot-Studded gala

Yet again, just another expansion of the previous ones. This one requires 6 out of the 9 characters (including Nosferateen, Jane Blunt, and Groan).

Boogie Nights

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). This requires you to get a total of (lol) 69 Golden Parrots. This doesn’t mean you MUST go get 15 Golden Parrots with every character to get this one, but if you want the other achievements…

Classic Comeback!

This one requires you to use 3 comebacks in one argument. You can use a total of 4 weak comebacks in one argument (if you’re lucky), so this one shouldn’t be too hard to get.

Dirty Tricks

To get this achievement, defeat F. Parker, CFO in career mode as Dirty Potter. You don’t have to get all the Golden Parrots to get this one.

Better never than later

Like the previous one, but you must do it Marylin Nomore.

The fellowship of the long firm staff

What? Another one like this? Oh, but with The Greasy Wizard? Yeah, sounds good. Put it in the game. *Hangs up* Wait, you were overhearing what I was saying? Well, at least that’s taken care of.

The house of crouching dragons

Just finish career mode as Chop Sue E, and for the last time, I’m not Japanese!

The Avenger of Justice

You could use this against Wisecrack and it would be one of his weaknesses. Just complete career mode with him, and you should get this one.

Face Off

Did you know that CFO is a real thing and that it wasn’t a ripoff of CEO? Oh well, here’s another one in the series of completing the Career Mode. But here’s the twist, you got to do it with F. Parker! *gets booed an Cannes*

Oh Sir, what a burn!

Oh…Sir! You’ve got to make a roast that deals 30 or more damage! If you can focus on it, this one should be a breeze. Although, do take note that you cannot do this in Multiplayer (this includes On A Couch insulting).

Aaaaaand Cut!

This time, you have to make a roast that dishes out 55 damage! You cannot do this in multiplayer, so you must do it against a CPU. That makes it a bit harder, but all CPUs never go for things like “was blinded by flashbulbs”, “dies at the end”, or anything else that doesn’t require nouns to use.

Seasoned Star

This requires you to get through 25 scenes fully. It will require a bit of time, but it won’t be difficult. Scenes are online battles (with either a friend or a stranger, but good luck finding a stranger). Take note that not EVERY battle may end up counting.

The One

Ahh, “The One” achievement that barely anyone’s gotten. Only 0.2% of people have gotten this one. It is an expansion of the previous one that requires you to finish 65 scenes. It will require dedication. And a lot of it.

Thank You, Sir!
