I hate when games make that kind of achieves, when you need to get something on a determinate day, hour or circunstancie.
Or even when games make you get multiplayer achievements, when the servers are full of air, no one plays that game multiplayer anymore.

To get this one, simple chance your windows date to 10/31 and open the game again, if dosen’t work, reset steam too.

Then simple starts a new game, and voila!

Eu odeio quando os jogos fazem conquistas desse tipo, em que você precisa chegar em tal data, tal hora e tal circunstancia para desbloqueá-lá.
Ou quando eles fazem conquistas multiplayer sendo que os servidores estão cheios de ar, ninguém joga mais aquele jogo online.

Bom… Para fazer essa simples conquista, basta mudar a data do windows para dia 31/10, então abra seu game, se caso não funcionar, reinicie a steam também.
