Overview

Enabling the fix

This post will be updated if a better profile is found.

Here is a link to my premade SLI profile for DMC5. Grab this, and import using Nvidia Inspector.

Here are the values if you would rather set them manually.

SLI Broadcast (DX1x) = 0x00000101
SLI Compatibility Bits (DX10 + DX11) = 0x080222F5
SLI Mode = Autoselect

Enable DX11 in the dmc5config.ini file in the root directory. Also, motion blur causes artifacts, so be sure to disable that.

Tested at maximum settings, motion blur off, 3840×2160 on SLI 1080Ti 16x/16x
GSync on
Driver Version 417.35

For those unaware, you need Nvidia Inspector to apply the profile. You can use this guide here as reference. [link]

Just remember to hit the magnifying glass icon to gain access to the SLI Broadcast values. If you’re downloading the premade profile, just use the import function and select the nip.

Disclaimer – I have no way of testing this with Maxwell and older SLI systems, or any other SLI system other than a GP102 system. YMMV

Edit – Updated the profile with a SLI Broadcast value of 0x00000101. People have reported minor visual anomalies with 0x0000002 that seems to be mitigated or resolved with 0x00000101.
