Secret cheat code to unlock all items

While in the game lobby (the small town where you can run around), type kinl (now 3GVC).
You should hear a noise and every item (excluding dlc) will be unlocked and you will have more than enough money for anything.

“kinl” is the name of one of the developers for the game, they probably added it for testing. Works as of May 12, 2015.
