Overview
I would like to describe a really easy way to save your power bill, time, and also way to deal with the most annoying achievements in this game. I don’t know why exactly thr devs were thinking that putting 20h and 40h achievements in such a linear game is a good idea. Well, it isn’t, and what’s worse – it seemed that the only solution was to leave your PC running over few nights. No more.
How to.
I managed to speed up the process greatly and would like to share with those, who are still mising two achievements.
- Search and download CheatEngine. Install it and run.
- Run lucius and alt+tab the game.
- In Cheatengine click the first icon in the menu (the flashing one) and select Lucius process from the list.
- On the very right side you will see “enable speedhack” box. Mark it and select how fast your game should be. I recommend 100-200, it seems to be crashing at 500 sometimes.
- We are done here, navigate back to Lucius.
- This is important If you have already cleared the game I suggest starting new one/creating new profile. For some reason the game time isn’t being tracked if you play on completed game save.
- Stand still, do not press ESC. Walk around. Grab Lucius ball and watch him derp.
- It will take a few minutes but eventually both achievements will pop. You are done. Like forever.
- Uninstall and once more curse the person who thought that such achievements are fun.
Also – you might want to quit the game from time to time to see if achievement tracking is being updated. Then start the process over again.
