Official place for submitting maps and ask question about them (or creation). Good start as most of map creators post their maps there, but most of links are broken. - Icebrain site[icebrain.net]
It covers nearly every map i encounter on Frozen Synapse forum and have working links.
How use maps
Put your maps (*.enc files) to userlevels folder, which can be found in (Frozen Synapse/psychoff/data).

Downloaded maps can be used in multiplayer games created by challenging friends, ‘create a game’ or via tournament mode.
It is not possible to load maps with quick multiplayer games/ladder/ai skirmish. 🙁
But it is possible to create open challenge game!
After you challenge your friend or click ‘create a game’, specify game mode (if map creator request it) and go to ‘advanced setup’, after that click ‘load level’ button and pass name of map (without .enc suffix) from userlevels folder (FS allow to paste text, so no need to carefully write name of map). After that just push continue button, choose what you want and that is it!
If you created game with ‘create a game button’ you can leave field username empty, which prompts question about setting open game for friends or for all people.
