ACTUAL GUIDE TO WINNING for Bloons TD Battles

ACTUAL GUIDE TO WINNING

Overview

In-depth guide on strategies you use in-game to figure out how to combat your opponent

Bloon Spamming

Spamming bloons is a MUST for winning, have a higher eco than your opponent gets you more money than him, i.e winning

What bloons to spam?

Depending on your situation, if it is the first waves you have nothing to worry about, just spam the highest avalible bloon up until round 12 or so

Round 12
Once round 12 comes you can send in camo, honestly, I have won over 30% of my games because of people’s forgetfulness to combat camo-leads. Look at your opponents setup, if you see they have camo detection but no lead popping, then send em in. If they do not have camo, but they have lead detection, send a swarm of any fast bloon with camo.

What if they have both camo and lead detection?

This is where your street smarts of bloons come in. REALLY study what loadout your opponent has.

-Bomb towers are slow, but they have large area impact, lead penetraction but NO camo detection Fast layered bloons are good against them

-Ninja Monkeys are good all around, camo detection but NO lead detection unless they use smoke bomb (3rd upgrade), but do NOT have good crowd control when it comes to massive amount of bloons

-Sniper Monkeys are straight foward, camo detection and lead penetration they can tank any large bloon but cannot take massive amounts of bloons.

-Apprentice monkeys, they are hard to overcome, because of their jack of trades, lead penetration, camo detection and crowd control, the only thing that can realy get past them are large amount of heavily layered bloons, i.e. Yellow grouped of 5

-Mortar Towers, these big guys are one of the most annoying towers to fight against, these are the game winners, if your opponent has one of these, the only thing you can really use to ‘try’ to go against it is grouped yellows because of the speed. Mortars are extremely hard to go against in terms of its crowd-control, camo detection and lead penetration

-Boomerang Towers, good when placed in the right spot, but can be combated with camo and hordes of bloons. Has lead penetration with rings of fire (red boomerangs)

-Ice towers, can be used to make crowd control less of a problem but have no camo detection

-Monkey village can make all towers detect camo, but villages are rare to come across in assualt

-Buccaneer has good crowd control and camo spotting, but no lead penetration unless the cannon 3rd upgrade

Tower Placement

Where you place your towers are very important depending on WHAT towers are being placed.

Bomb towers – Close to the track, they have slow projectile, so but them on corners and turns

Ninja Monkeys – Their shurikens move fast, but are better when they penetrate, put them on lines and in places where their shurikens can move down the line to hit more targets

Sniper Monkeys – Put them wherever, it doesnt matter, just on the outside so it doesnt take up space for other towers

Apprentice – Same as Ninja, better with the projectile penetration

Buccaneer – In water (duh) But a good distace from the track, preferably on a line, where its grape shot can be used to advantage and hit as many targets as possible, think of a shotgun but not so close

Ice towers – Where its range can get AS MUCH track as possible for maximum freeze and crowd control

Boomerang – This is quite a hard one, you should study the ring of the boomerang trail and place him on a curve in which the boomerang flies down the trail and hits it’s maximum amount of targets.
(Trust me when I say, if paired correctly with ice tower and good tower placement, this thing will tank almost everything but camo)

Village – Anywhere that gets most of your towers in its range

Mortars – These actually matter, the farther your mortar is from it’s target, the longer it takes for the shell to get there, the target should be placed where you would want an ice tower, maximum Aoe on the track yo

Economy

Spamming bloons is good, but just remember, once you see your enemy’s loadout, you dont want to keep spamming the most expensive bloon, if they have an advantage over that type of bloon. You want to use the bloons that are most effective in getting down their track, or even for distraction. You need money for upgrades as well, so dont keep using money on bloons, remember to get towers to defend yourself from their own attacks

Happy Hunting.
