Your heart beat is 200, what to do?

The first approach

Now your first approach to calming your heart rate after beating NKG, may be jumping for joy.
Saying words like “lets go!” and “oh my god,” or “finally” and “its over!”
But if you pay attention you will find that physically jumping up and down,
actually increases you heart rate instead of lowing it. (which is the purpose of this guide)

Common misconceptions

Now many people have heard that to be calm, you have to breath calm.
Though this in fact is not true.
When you breath in, you fill your lungs with air.
Which makes you in touch with reality.
So if you breath calm, you will be in touch with the fact that you beat NKG and instantly your heart will go back to 50 heart beats per second.
Now DO NOT have this misconception when you beat NKG because you will 100% for certain have a heart attack.

The correct tactics

I mean, your trying to lower your heart rate, right?
Well what would you say, if you heard you could lower your heart rate ALL THE WAY
The trick to this tactic is to do a quick stabby stab once you beat NKG, before you have the time to have a heart attack. You have to have precision, and be quick for this one, so make sure to stay on your toes.

Though one pitfall about this tactic, is that you must have a knife on you every time you try to beat him. (Unless you have a crystal ball like me.)

The final fight

Now your probably wondering where in the guide I tell you to “get good”
(This is that part.) My goal is to stop you from having a fatal heart attack, after finishing the final blow on Nightmare King Grimm.
Though first you have to beat him.. so stay focused and keep playing.
