Alright, I tried what hikikomori said below and it worked!
To get the Yuri Is Yuri achievement: just do everything in the first section of this guide EXCEPT ride with Aya at the beginning instead of Takeo. Then when you get the choice to choose between staying with Aya or going with Takeo to Eugene… obviously choose Aya and follow the second section of this guide.
When you’re at the airport and the epilogue text appears… the achievement should be yours.
