Overview

List of all recipes required to unlock the Super Chef achievement

Introduction

In Aquaria, you can craft food to restore health, raise your stats in battle, and more!
Some of the crafting recipes will be found through exploration and curiosity.
Others are simply obscure or redundant. Certain recipes are actually detrimental to Naija’s health or are simply useless.

This guide will provide all the recipes in case you don’t want to spend hours figuring them out.
Recipes will be sorted by category instead of the in-game page numbers. This should make it easier for you to figure out which recipes you are missing.

Cakes

(Most simply add onto a Sea Cake)

• Sea Cake = Any Oil + Any Egg
• Rotten Cake = Sea Cake + Rotten Meat
• Swamp Cake = Rotten Cake + Healing Poultice
• Crab Cake = Sea Cake + Crab Meat
• Tasty Cake = Sea Cake + Small Eye
• Tough Cake = Sea Cake + Rubbery Meat
• Veggie Cake = Sea Cake + Plant Leaf
• Special Cake = Veggie Cake + Red Berry
• Legendary Cake = Tasty Cake + Arcane Poultice + Rukh Egg

Ice Creams

(Pro-tip: you can steal ice chunks from sea otters)

• Ice Cream = Jelly Oil + Any Egg + Any Ice Chunk
• Veggie Ice Cream = Plant Leaf + Any Ice Cream
• Berry Ice Cream = Red Berry + Any Ice Cream
• Dumbo Ice Cream = Small Eye + Glowing Egg + Any Ice Cream

Perogis

(Did you know? Perogis are based on the Polish pierogi [en.wikipedia.org].)

• Perogi = Hand Roll + Any Oil + Any Egg
• Plump Perogi = Perogi + Any Mushroom
• Zuuna’s Perogi = Poison Soup + Any Perogi

Poultices

(Fun fact: Poultices account for just a few of the healing items in this game)

• Leaf Poultice = Plant Leaf + Plant Leaf
• Arcane Poultice = Leaf Poultice + Special Bulb + Eel Oil
• Healing Poultice = Leaf Poultice + Jelly Oil
• Leeching Poultice = Healing Poultice + Glowing Egg
• Sight Poultice = Healing Poultice + Small Eye

Sea Loaves (etc)

(“Not another Sea Loaf!” – Naija)

• Sea Loaf = Any item + any item that wouldn’t complete a recipe (and don’t bother combining 3 items to make Sea Loaf, you won’t get anything special!)
• Sea Loaf + Sea Loaf = Sea Loaf
• Buttery Sea Loaf = Sea Loaf + Any Oil
• Vedha’s Cure-All = Healing Poultice + Buttery Sea Loaf + Small Bone
• Loaf of Life = Buttery Sea Loaf + Legendary Cake + Divine Soup
• Poison Loaf = Poison Soup + Anything
• Poison Loaf = Rotten Meat + Anything
• Poison Loaf = Poison Loaf + Poison Loaf

Soups

• Hot Soup = Any Oil + Any Meat
• Hot Borscht = Hot Soup + Red Berry + Red Bulb
• Cold Soup = Any Soup + Any Ice Chunk
• Cold Borscht = Cold Soup + Red Berry + Red Bulb
• Veggie Soup = Hot Soup + Any Bulb

• Spider Roll = Hand Roll + Spider Egg
• Leadership Roll = Hand Roll + Swordfish Steak + Small Eye
• Spicy Roll = Plant Leaf + Fish OIl + Spicy Meat
• Volcano Roll = Spicy Roll + Red Bulb + Spicy Soup

Other

Vehda Sea Crisp = Buttery Loaf + Plant Leaf + Any Bone
(I don’t know why it says any bone in the game…there is only one kind of bone!!! Small Bone!!!)
