So first off how to unlock all prisions! (Probably the only reason you are here!)

On the map screen press the arrow keys in this order. Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, #konamicode
If you did this correctly you should hear the ding from crafting! Now you have all prisons! (Except DLC of course)
General Tips & Tricks!
Now the tips and tricks!
I have just written this guide and am writing this probably as you read! I just wanted to get the amazing secret out there I will add more in a day or two!
Again I apologize for there being only a few tips but there will be more!
1st Tip! Guards Key Order
Now this is a kind of cheaty one but you don’t have to do it.
When you are naming your characters, look at the guards in this example I am using the HMP Irongate prison naming, but others have more guards. I have 10 guards all with random names!
The first 5 guards are the ONLY ONES who have keys. The first guard will have the Cell (yellow) key. The next one will have the next etc. Any guards after the sixth one will NOT have keys.
The order is this :
First guard Cell/Yellow. Second Utility/Orange. Third Entrance/Purple. Forth Staff/Red. Fifth Work/Green.
I just rename the guards to their key like Officer Cell and Officer Work etc.
In case you are a noob/just started there is NO WHITE KEY that area is impossible to get to without chipping walls if there is a white key.
Now you n00bs (no offense) will be asking “Well how do I get one of these LEGENDARY guard keys?” Well there are 2 ways. The first is to beat up a guard, this will require 100 Strength and above 30 speed and a 5/5 weapon (The whip is the only 5/5 weapon to craft is Timber + Wire + Razor Blade) and a reccommend Padded Outfit (To make put POW Outfit or Prisionor Outfit + Sheet of Metal + Duct Tape NOTE: DOES NOT WORK WITH SPECIAL PRISONS SUCH AS DUCT TAAPES ARE FOREVER SANTAS SWEATSHOP AND ESCAPE TEAM) Now the other way since these stats may take a while to aquire is to use a “Cup of Molten Chocolate” made with Cup + Lighter + Bar of Chocolate. Click this in you hotbar then click the guard and it will knock him out. But for both of these before you beat them up you need Putty (made with talcum powder + toothpaste) When they are knocked out you have 30 seconds to take his Key, then craft it with the putty and you will get a mould PUT THE KEY ORIGINAL BACK ON HIS BODY IF HE WAKES UP WITHOUT IT YOU GET SENT TO SOLITARY. Now go back home and craft the key mould with Molten Plastic (lighter + toothbrush/comb) and you have your key!
Notes
-Not all guards have a key if you want a guaranteed key then use the Guard key cheat above.
-The key color is Cell = Yellow Utility = Orange Entrance = Purple Staff = Red Work = Green there is no white key.
-The key can only be used 10 times! It has a % that will go down by 10% every time you walk through a door with that key colour.
-If you have the Work key and you enter your Job room that you have access to the key will NOT go down.
Tips & Tricks for Center Perks!
Center Perks is the easiest prison to escape from… No one would ever know that considering it says VERY EASY at the bottom…
I will include 2 guides for this one for escaping in 1 day!!! (Day 1 Achievement)
And the guide for the simple less ACTIONy kind.
Guide 1 Escaping in ONE DAY!!! (Note Pro Difficulty)
Step 1: Name your character.
Step 2: Launch the game!
Step 3: Make a comb shiv on your wall.
Step 4: Look through a few desks before attending rollcall for 5 seconds.
Step 5: Keep going through desks. You are looking for: Either 2 Files and 1 Duct Tape or 3 dental floss.
Step 6: At about 9:40 head down to Breakfast, grab all the forks.
Step 7: Chip through the wall below until it is at 4% leave a fork there. (If a guard is coming stop chipping if people see you don’t worry <—- ONLY THIS PRISON.) (Or until its the next period.)
Step 8: At your job laundry finish your quota and wash a guard outfit. Make sure no guards are around and equip it and quickly wall through the contraband detector then put back on your prison outfit.
Step 9: Keep trying to acquire the cutting items. Another thing you can do is punch someone ONCE then quickly turn off combat mode and walk past a guard IN ALL PRISONS THE GUARDS WILL ONLY BEAT YOU WHEN COMBAT MODE IS ACTIVE. Search through the body for the items.
Step 10: Grab 2 pillows and a bedsheet (craft all together to make bed dummy) At rollcall attend it for a few seconds then go put your bed dummy in your bed and get your escape items. Note you will use the 2 files and 1 duct tape or the 3 dental floss put together to make a cutting tool.
Step 11: Hide somewhere where guards wont walk past at lights out. (Infirmary works best in Center Perks) At midnight put on the guard outfit and sneak over to the wall where you left the fork chip through the wall and PUT THE WALL BLOCK BACK.
Step 12: Cut the fence shown below and when its cut run to freedom!!!

Guard outfit
5 Plastic forks.
Guide 2 (Escaping more relaxingly)
Pretty much the same as the guide above but these steps are changed:
Step 6 and Step 7 you do not need to do instead knock down officer entrance and take his key. To find officer entrance name the third guard in the naming screen Entrance he has that key.
Knock him down and take his key. Step 11: Is modified so you can either follow the first part or take down Officer Cell (first guard on naming screen) and sneak out of your cell. Use the entrance key to go through the front door and cut through the outer fence and escape!

Bed dummy
Flimsy cutters (file x2 duct tape)
Or Cutting floss (x3 dental floss)
Guard Outfit
2 Wads of putty (toothpaste talcum powder)
1-6 Lighters (Depends on # of keys + weapon style)
1-2 Molten Plastic (comb/toothbrush + lighter this lighter counts towards the ones above.)
The lighters depend on a) How you are attacking the guards if you are using molten hot chocolate add 2 if you are fighting them -2 b) how many keys you are getting if you are getting the cell key add 2 lighters for the key. c) the molten plastic again number of keys if you are only doing 1 key 1 lighter if you are doing 2 keys 2 lighters.
