How to do dis?!
If an visitation section is present in a prison (e.g. in the first prison, under the metal workshop) proceed towards the chair and interact with it, wait a bit of time before the person appears, and have a nice chat! The person will approximately talk with 3 chat bubbles (3 times) before he leaves.
