I will define the deaths number as the sequence from top left to bottom right.
Duel with the Foreign Queen, just simply shoot her in the first round, the owl will tell you that you lose, don’t sweep cause there is a bug. Throw anything to the owl so someone tell you not to, then sweep when the owl appears again, then you will get this death, otherwise all your stat will go to zero and you die because you spend all the money instead.
Military gets to max when King is alive.

Give birth when the Doctor is not here, so don’t recruit the Doctor until you get this death.
Drink in the same glass as the Foreign Queen.
Refuse treatment and die during plague.
Fail the coronation ceremony for several times.
Lose the duel with oneself, which is the Mirror.
Throw inappropriate items too many times.
Die during eclipse.

Spray Perfume to the Vampire, then wait until he tries to bite someone. Ask him to bite the King. When someone suggests to heal the King, reject them all.
