Overview
This guide will tell you how to get every achievement in Beholder 2, including the secret achievements, as well as where all the biometric safes are located. The sections serve no other purpose besides breaking up the giant wall of text I have written, so don’t worry about that. Use the CTRL+F function to quickly find an achievement you’re looking for. Naturally there will be some spoilers, but I’ve tried hiding all the super important bits to the story. If you need more help with an achievement or biometric safe location, make a forum post about it or ask about it in this guide’s comment section! Be Killed by a Colleague
There are many instances when your colleagues turn out to be not so friendly. The easiest way to earn this achievement is by talking to Marco Legrand about the biometric safe he took. He will ask you to prank Peter Dong for him, instead, refuse and insult him. He will pull out a gun and kill you.

There are many ways to get arrested in this game. Not paying your bills, defying your bosses, and accepting punishment at the metal detectors when caught with illegal objects or stolen property from your colleagues’ desks are just some ways to get arrested.

Lootboxing
Find All of Father’s Boxes
Biometric safes will be scattered across the three floors you will be working at, excluding the final, top floor. The safes will always be found within searchable objects and never handed to you from someone, the only instance being if you completed the prank quests for Marco Legrand, in which he will then give you one of the biometric safes. Search anything and everything, and you will eventually collect all the safes. Search desks, carts of papers, things in your bosses’ office when they’re not around, anything! Salute the Leader Statue 50 Times
Go to the statue of the Wise Leader on Floor 1 and salute it 50 times, taking up a little over 4 hours of in-game time to do. You’ll get 50 authority points too, but you’re praising the great leader so who needs blue shiny points anyway.

Extended Friendship
Watch All TV Series Recommended by Colleagues
During your time in the ministry, you will encounter 5 colleagues that will recommend a show for you to watch. All of your colleagues on Floor 1 will recommend you a show and 2 of your colleagues on Floor 25 will have a show for you to watch as well. Some shows will cost money in order to unlock it, and all shows will take up an hour to watch it. This achievement is earned when you’ve watched and discussed all episodes of every show with every colleague, filling up all 3 hearts except Marco Legrand, only having 1 to fill up.

Lend a Pushing Hand
Spit in Morris
During your introduction to the ministry, one of your colleagues will fall down with a stack of papers. Choose to spit on him to gain this achievement. Morris will no longer help you with certain events throughout this game.

Date Doctor
Help Dong to Make Romance With Hazer
Peter Dong and Emma Hazer are two colleagues of yours on Floor 1. Peter is madly in love with Hazer but needs your help in order to make a move. Hack Peter’s terminal and read a draft containing a poem revealing his love for her. Talk to Peter and ask him about it. You can choose to help him with his love issues, starting the quest for this achievement. He will ask you to ask Emma her favorite flower. Ask her and go back to Peter. The best choice is “Red Roses”. The next day, Peter will ask for help again. Find alcohol for Peter to drink (whiskey, rum, etc.) and break into Emma’s desk to find a magazine on conversation starters. Give both to Peter and say to only drink a bit of the alcohol. The next day, Peter will ask you to go to your terminal and convey lines for him to say to Emma via a camera. Do so. While you are spying on the two, choose all the kind/gentlemen like options. Basically, pick all the positive options and don’t tell a lie. They will embrace after a successful encounter and you’ll get your achievement.

Burning Man
…With Blackjack and Hookers!
Ferguson is your boss for Floor 1. He will start to give you quests as you progress through the game. Accept all these quests and carry them out. After completing his quests, he will ask to prepare a party. Agree to do so and you will be tasked to find some food and drinks. The food can be bought from the lady next to the food cart and the drink can either be bought from Peter using authority or the courier for cash. Report back to Ferguson and he will ask you to find “escorts” for the party. Go home and search for the escorts. Refuse the lady’s offer and say that you’re not interested in such services, the man will shove you a card containing the number of a pimp. Call the number and ask for the escorts. In the morning, at the checkpoint, a man with several women will be lined up for you to choose two from. The first two women closest to the pimp will work fine. Report back to Ferguson and start the party. During the party, wreak havoc. Draw things on peoples’ faces, give vodka, choose illusion pills, give a smoke, and praise comrade Ferguson. You will get the achievement and Ferguson will be your friend, unlocking a new possible ending.

Sugar Blood
All Sugar is in Limited Supply
On Floor 1, Ferguson will have a secretary named Magda Rakovich. She will only leave her desk when you deliver a file to her, found within the carts of papers on Floor 1. Once you learn how to hack terminals and pick locks, hand her one of the files and she will leave. Once she’s gone, you can hack into her terminal and discover information about her. Question her about this information and offer help. You will be given a series of quests that will eventually lead you to earn this achievement. The lost voucher can be found within the searchable object right next to Magda’s desk, taking up 8 whole hours to search. Soap can be obtained from the merchant learned about from the lady with the food cart OR using Ferguson’s terminal to send soap, but will require advanced terminal hacking skills. Undermining Foundations
Arrange an Explosion in the Ministry
One day while you are at home, you will have someone at the door. They say they are from The New Tomorrow and request that you accept a device and a phrase “the sky is always blue over the leader” or something like that. Accept the quest and the next day, talk to the courier found on Floor 1 and give him both the device and correct phrase. You will get your money and achievement. Note that you will receive a hefty bill for “anti-terrorist” plans, so don’t go spending all that money at once. Talk to Ferguson about the explosions to receive more of the money, as you will learn that he has planned it all along.
Section 3
Breaking Bad
Make Emma Hazer Overdose
One day you will meet someone waiting for you in the square. He will hand you a letter and tell you to give it to Marco Legrand. Peek into the letter and you will learn that Marco is smuggling drugs into the ministry. Take the letter to him and he will ask you if you want to join him. Agree and you will be tasked to find someone to smuggle the drugs into the ministry as the previous smuggler was caught. Ask the lady with the food cart and complete her quest of destroying the vending machine. The screwdriver can be found within Peter Dong’s desk and the vending machine is in the room with all the lines of people. Report back to Marco and return the next day. You will receive stimulants to sell. With enough authority, you can convince Emma to take one of the stimulants. Talk to Marco and request to buy stimulants from him. He will tell you that the landscaper (the guy that deals with the bugs in plants) sells the stimulants as well. This will be useful later. Don’t sell the other two bottles; stash them in your cart of papers as they will set off the detectors if you try to pass through them with the bottles. (SIDENOTE: After completing the drug quest, you will be called up to Ferguson’s office where Legrand has ratted you out of selling drugs and will require you to have either $1,000 or 1,000 authority points to get out of the situation.) The next day, Emma will ask you for more stimulants. Take one of the bottles and sell it to her. Next day, same process. Emma will become more desperate and give more money to get the bottle. The next day, after getting out of the Ferguson situation, buy a stimulant from the landscaper and sell it to Emma for the last time. She will overdose and you’ll get the achievement.

Easy Girl
Seduce Emma Hazer
After filling up one heart for Emma Hazer by watching and discussing an episode of her recommended TV series, you will have the option to flirt with her. Using authority, you can seduce Emma Hazer. If you have learned that she needs money via talking with her or through her terminal, you can offer money instead and still receive the achievement after your whole “moment” finishes.

Mischief Managed
Drive Dong Mad
When Marco Legrand asks you to prank Peter Dong for the biometric safe, agree to do so and you will be tasked to prank Peter 3 times to get it. Learn about Peter by asking everyone about him. Peter is afraid of bugs, so ask the landscaper (the guy with the bug/plant problem) for a bug bag and go to the three plants to pick bugs out of them. It will take an hour and 30 minutes to do so. You can also ask the little girl found outside of the ministry for some bugs, but it will cost you some cash. After getting the bugs, break into Peter’s desk and plant the bugs inside. While you’re there, hack into his terminal and find the draft containing his love poem to Emma. Send it to everyone in the ministry. Finally, find some laxative pills either from Emma’s desk or the lady with the food cart and give it to Peter after learning about his headaches. Return to Legrand after all 3 quests and ask for the biometric lock, in which he will give it to you. Return the next day and Legrand will ask you to pull the ultimate prank on Peter using Emma. Ask Emma about this. If you have befriended her, discuss her TV show and she will prank Peter. Otherwise, bribe her with cash or authority. The next day, Peter will be at the checkpoint shooting people with a shotgun. Confront him and use 2,000 authority points to avoid getting killed. IF you have helped Morris before, you may pick the other two options and Morris will take the bullet for you, letting you live. After this sequence, you will earn the achievement.

Set Up Marco Legrand
Befriend Peter Dong by watching and discussing his recommended TV series 3 times. After you become friends with him, break into Marco Legrand’s office and hack his terminal. Read the emails to discover his father/money issues and report back to Peter. Discuss getting revenge on Legrand and use the information from Marco’s terminal. Marco will be tricked into thinking that he inherited his father’s riches and start to run wild and free in the office. Police will show up and bye bye Mr. Marco… Polo!

Find Office 101
One day a citizen waiting in the room with the lines will be highlighted for you to click on. He will ask why his line isn’t moving and request that you check up on office 101. Ask the courier about the office and he will direct you down the hall. Your screen will darken and red footprints will be visible. As you reach the end of the hall, click on the red footsteps leading into another hall and spend an hour searching for the office. A little scene will play and you will earn this achievement.

Twirl It!
Win the Supergame
On Floor 12 you will be a contestant on a supergame where the more hardworking team that racks up more points will win and the losing team gets tossed into the Shredder and basically die. Just work to maintain your lead on the other team and eventually you will reach the 500 point goal and win the game as well as this achievement.
Section 4
A Dose of Reality
Help Mulphy Accept The Truth
On Floor 12, Rose Everdeen will request you to recruit people for a patriotic quiz competition and say that Gloria Melfi has already entered her son in, so you have to find 4 more people. Find these people, located inside/outside the ministry or found if you search for contestants at home, and report back. After some time, Rose will say that Gloria’s son has not shown up to the quiz and will ask you to question her. Ask Gloria and come back. Come up with an excuse for her and question Rose on where to find information about Gloria’s son. She will direct you to your home phone to call the archive. The archive will give you her hospital details and the hospital will ask you to help her “accept the truth”. Agree to the procedure and the next day, pretend to be Gloria’s son after getting and remembering everything there is to know about her son. After convincing her, she will realize that you are Evan and realize her degrading health condition. She will thank you, give you money if you accept it, and leave the ministry the following day. You will also earn this achievement.

There’s Things You Can’t Control
For Everything Else, There’s Mafia
This achievement revolves around John Smith. You will receive a call from James Cunningham about how no one really knows or has any information about him. Call the archive to learn that this is true. Call James again and you will be tasked on finding out who John really is. Ask him the next day and use your authority to make him reveal his true name, his previous role with the mafia, and his preferred nickname, Big Tony. Help him gather information about what happened to the people he knew, one being his family, and you will eventually get a quest to check the square for his old mafia friends. Do so and you will see that they are there. Agree to the offer of luring Big Tony out of the ministry and return to Big Tony. Tell him about the mafia, failing the mafia’s quest but earning you a new quest of helping him escape. He will need a dress, wig, and fake pass. The dress can be found within Gloria Melfi’s desk (search lost and found if she is already gone), the wig can be bought from the courier on Floor 12, and the fake pass is bought from the merchant learned about from the lady with the food cart. Bring these 3 items back to Big Tony and you will earn this achievement.

Soap Opera
Replace Twins
Talk with Hank Wright, your colleague on Floor 12, and learn about his lost twin brother after calming him down with some whiskey. (Learn that you have to calm him down by asking your colleagues about his anger issue.) You will be tasked with asking Otto, the guy that works the shredder, and the guard near the lost and found racket about his lost brother. You will only need authority to get the guard to talk but Otto will request a memory stick in exchange for information. Buy it from the merchant learned about from the lady with the food cart and give it to Otto. Afterward, go into De Salvo’s office when he’s not there and hack his terminal. There will be a screen requesting a password, where clicking on the [?] will reveal that you need to know a dog’s name. Read the emails to discover a dog show and visit it once you’re home. Bribe the guard at the dog show and learn about the dog’s name. Return to De Salvo’s office and input the name. A hidden room downstairs will reveal and there, you will find the lost brother strapped and bounded. Search the cart next to him to find a scalp and attempt to free him. De Salvo will walk in and you will need to discuss his release, don’t use your authority. De Salvo will ask that you replace this twin with Hank Wright, and by using authority and talking to him, you can trick Hank into going into De Salvo’s office. You will then earn this achievement and Hank will be dead.

Participate in De Salvo’s Activities
Follow the guide for “Soap Opera” until the point in which you are given the choice of attempting to free Hank’s twin brother or torture him. Of course, torture him and when De Salvo appears, ask to torture him together and you will earn this achievement.

As Pure As Child’s Tears
Save One
Following the route of “DOKA 2”, befriend De Salvo by completing quests and following his requests without defying him in any way, such as peeking into the cart of papers he tells you to shred when he told you not to. Soon he will ask you to be his assistant. Accept his offer and you will need to find a victim to torture. Using authority, trick the man yelling near the shredder about how bad the shredder is to enter the boss’s office and report back to De Salvo. De Salvo will lead you downstairs where his torture chamber is and give you a little tour before asking you to proceed with the torture. Refuse to do so and De Salvo and will be enraged and send you upstairs to get a remote from his desk. Do that and come back down. Interact with the stand using the remote and your camera will be shifted towards two rooms, one with a bunch of people and one with a child. Choose to save the child and this achievement is yours.

Follow “As Pure As Child’s Tears” until you are given the option of either saving the child or the people. Save the people and this achievement is yours.
Section 5
Evan The Homogenized
Lose The Supergame
I advise you to create a manual save before you start the process of losing the supergame so you can load back to your non-ruined save file after you get this achievement. This process is best done when you have the option of visiting the dog show, as you get cash and authority with every visit, allowing you to pay your bills without having to work at all. To unlock the option of going to the dog show, hack into De Salvo’s terminal and read his emails about a dog show. His terminal will also prompt you to input a password where clicking the [?] will reveal to you that you need to learn his dog’s name. After being put on a supergame team, run on home and keep doing that day after day after day, visiting the dog show, again and again, to get money to pay bills to keep going home without working. This WILL take quite a while to do. Check back to Floor 12 once you think you’ve lost and if you actually did lose, you will die and earn this achievement. If not, it’s more workless days and dog shows for you.

Good Riddance
Organize the Escape of Maria Curee
Maria is one of your colleagues on Floor 25 who only speaks Borean. Enter Weinberg’s office, your boss on Floor 25, and search the stand in the middle of the room for a book about Borean language. One of the employees on Floor 25 will have a quest for you after you exit the office. They will ask you to find out why Maria isn’t working and in order to ask her, you need to understand her. Go home and read the book about her language, taking up 1 hour of in-game time, and return the next day. Learn the truth from her and when reporting back to the employee, convince him she needs an interpreter for $1,000. The next day, ask her how she is and she will tell you her troubles. Advise her to call the embassy and when given the option, say that you will do it yourself. At home, call the embassy and report that Maria is in the ministry. The next day, she will be gone and you will be given this achievement.

Collective Immunity
Vaccinate All Carl Clones
I advise you to have a hefty amount of authority or creating a save state before attempting this achievement. After being promoted to Floor 25, a time traveler claiming to be Horatio Newport will appear in your home and ask you for help. Agree for free or for payment and complete his quest of hacking into his past self’s terminal and selecting option “B”. After that, the time traveler will appear once more at home and give you a tool to vaccinate all of the Carl clones found on Floor 25. Each Carl will ask you for 100 authority before you are able to vaccinate them. Do this to all Carls and you will earn this achievement. Now you can load back to your save state, agree to the time traveler once again but accepting to do the quest for free, and report him to Weinberg the next day. If you have not created a safe state and continue the game after the vaccination, Weinberg will discover what you’ve done and you’ll need 1,500 authority in order to convince him not to arrest you. I hope you have enough!

Chemical Brothers
Solve Environmental Problems
Befriend Stephen Dawking, a colleague of yours, on Floor 25 by watching/discussing his recommended TV series 3 times. After you are friends with him, he will ask you to get a document of proof of disability from an office. Visit the office at home and get the document, refusing the cure. Return the next day and after completing the quest, he will reveal to you that he is using his government position to receive resources that allow him to perform surgery on those who need it without others knowing. Offer to help him and discuss possible solutions. The most convenient way is to get organ deliveries from Weinberg. Befriend Weinberg by doing his quests and after completing his quest of triggering Carl Stein’s negative emotions, ask him for help and report back to Stephen. You will complete the quest and earn this achievement.

Read the Testaments of Issac Weinberg
After completing quests for Weinberg, he will give you a book of his religion. You can read the book at home, taking up an hour of in-game time and earning you this achievement. You can also take the book by entering Weinberg’s office when he’s not there and searching his desk if you have the correct lockpicking skill.

Whoever Makes Himself Low Will Be Made High
Express Distrust to Issac’s Testaments
Whether you’ve gotten the religious book from Weinberg or taken it from his desk, you have to complete Weinberg’s quests until he asks you to read the book and come back the next day to report on it. The next day, go to Weinberg’s office and when asked about his religion, completely refuse his religion and you will earn this achievement.
Section 6
Career Development
Get Promoted to Floor 12
Earn 15,000 authority points on Floor 1 and use the work phone to apply for a promotion. Get rid of colleagues for the Competitive Environment Program and earn 10,000 authority points and get your boss arrested for another 10,000 authority points. Note that you don’t HAVE to do these things, but are you really going to work non-stop to get 15,000 authority points? Working will earn you 100 authority points for every 5 documents processed and quests will also give you authority.

Get Promoted to Floor 25
The same process as the first promotion; Enter the competition, do quests, get rid of the boss. While working on Floor 12, every 5 documents processed will earn you 200 authority points.

You know the drill. Working on Floor 25 will earn you 200 authority points for every 10 Carl Stein clones configured and applied to work.

Processed 100 Forms at Floor 1
Every 5 forms will take 2 hours and every day is only 9 hours long, meaning you can process 20 forms a day and have 1 hour left to do whatever you want. You will have to work 5-days (in-game time) non-stop in order to earn this achievement if you started fresh.

Behind The Seven Seals
Processed 100 Forms at Floor 12
Every form will take 30 minutes (in-game time) to do, allowing you to do a maximum of 18 forms per day. You will have to work 6 days in-game non-stop to earn this achievement.

Dirty Hundred
Processed 100 Objects at Floor 25
Slap that buy button 18 times, hope for at least 3 dots to light up, and press apply. It doesn’t matter whether the clone is perfect or just barely passing, it will count as an object processed. Do that 100 times and you’ll get this achievement.
Section 7
Pillow of Destiny
Kill the Wise Leader
On Floor 37, an old “colleague” will show up. Ask them about the Wise Leader and they will tell you a code. You will be backed out from the conversation. Walk to the left until you reach the terminal and select the symbol with the leader’s face on it. The Wise Leader will emerge. Talk to him and when given the option to, put him out of his misery by suffocating him with a pillow.

Don’t Hang Up in The Name of Love!
One day you will receive a call from your wife. She will ask how the apartment is, how you’re doing, and start the devastating loop of “No, you hang up!”. Choose to continue the conversation, spam your mouse over that button, mash the space button, and keep doing it until this achievement is earned.

While at home, you are given a one-time option of going to the square for 3 hours. Do that, and choose to do nothing during the first prompt, then nod, then don’t chase after him. You will earn this achievement as well as die in the process. Better load that save state!

During your early days in the ministry, while at home, a man will be at your door claiming to be the owner of the building and request that you pay $100 for some kind of fund. Happily do so and you will get this achievement and the feeling of satisfaction knowing that you’ve donated to a good cause until you read the description of this achievement.

Bring Carl to Tears. Too Much Carl in this Game!
Following the quests of Issac Weinberg, your boss on Floor 25, he will request you to learn about Carl Stein and his past memories. Call the archive and request information on Carl Stein, then visit his past workplace. Talk to everyone there and report to Weinberg the next day. Select all the right options and you will get this achievement. You can always look in your journal and in the Carl Zero section to find the answers.

Over The Heads
Write Reports to All Competitors
Write a report on every single one of your colleagues. Gather information on your colleagues, if they are performing illegal activities, report them. If needed, slap some illegal items in your colleagues’ desk and report them!
Ending Based Achievements
These achievements are rewarded based on what ending you’ve received. Save just before you choose which ending you want to get multiple ending achievements in one run. Most endings will require you to have Heimdall codes found within biometric locks scattered throughout the ministry. There are 250 codes in all. 8 biometrics safes are found on Floor 1, another 8 on Floor 12, and last 7 on Floor 25. See “Biometric Safe Locations” for more information.

Biometric Safe Locations
Biometric safes are scattered throughout the ministry and it’s your job to find them all. There are 23 biometric safes in total; 8 found on Floor 1, another 8 on Floor 12, and the last 7 on Floor 25. Information on your father (out of 21) are also found within these safes. They are also found when reading the emails of your floor bosses by hacking their terminal. The very first information piece you should have is the letter found within the lost and found on your second day of the ministry.
Floor 1 Biometric Safe Locations 80 Heimdall Codes Acquirable
1. Within the room with the landscaper and 3 potted plants, inside the plant to the left of the room.
2. Inside the vending machine once it’s broken. After breaking it, examine it again to find it.
3. Found inside the food cart next to Serena Marwitz.
4. Found within the cart of papers between Emma Hazer’s desk and the work phone.
