Overview
To obtain all the achievements you have to finish this game 3 times. That is quite annoying, and I was surprised when I haven’t found any save game guides, so I’ve decided to fill this empty hole. For the detailed achievement description please refer to other guides in this section, I simply offer my save game here and the way you should play in order to finish with desired achievements.The way I completed this game and recommend everyone to do so is: finish your first walkthrough by yourself, without guides. Play nice to other mates, pick polite and humane answers/choices and you will get the easiest achievements (bonding with your step brother/bringing Nona and Ren together).
How to
You start in the “bridge stand” location and have to go up to “catbird station” there.
Replace the save game and do next:
The strong, silent type – up until that moment I have not said a word in any dialogue. Keep going that course (don’t choose any option in dialogues) and you will get this achievement in the end of the game.
Thicker Than Water – you will get this achievement automatically along with the strong, silent type.
I’m the Firestarter – when you are given the proposition to give up Clarissa to ghosts, do so, then tell Jonas and Ren/Nona about that, keep being mean in every dialogue option, don’t help Jonas fix the tape recorder in the tunnel and you will get this achievement in the end as well.
You’d Just End Up Hating Each Other – same here, automatically granted along with [I’m the Firestarter].
Ghost stories – in this save game you have 11/12 anomalies. The last one is located in Towhee woods (103.5).
Adler Letters – missing 2 letters here. The first one is under the bridge, near the graveyard. The second is in Towhee woods near the log.

Always save backup version of your own save game.
In order for the game to pick up my saves, you have to do the following:
1. copy your savegame’s name.
2. paste it into my savegame’s name (rename it into yours, kind of)
3. and then you can replace your own save game with mine.
[App data] folder is hidden, so make hidden folders visible.
