Overview
This guide is to recover your username/password ESO account for multiplayer.
Recovering Username
It took me quite a while to figure how to recover my ESO account name, and it ERKs me to no end. But the steps are quite simple:
Go to [link]
- Enter your CD key, this is found in your steam library, right click the game and click on View CD Key.
- Enter your Product Key, this is found in your VANILLA game under Help and Tools => About. The Product ID is at the bottom.
- Enter the characters in the image, and click Lookup Username. If the information is correct, it should display the username at the bottom.
Recovering Password
If you also forgot your password, or wants to reset it, you can use the same website. You need to know the answer to the security question, and access to the registered email.
- Click the Forgot Password on the top of the site, or go the the Multiplayer log-in screen ingame.
- Enter your username, and click submit from the website or click Forgot Password in the game.
- Type in the answer for the security question when you made the account and submit. It will sends a link to the registerd email.
- Go to your email, click on the link was given and reset the password.
