If you cannot launch the game, the problem may be caused by using bitdefender.

Thanks to bitdefender (!) we know some microsoft games/applications blocked by it. I also experienced a problem for Forza horizon 4 (for steam)If you tried disabling bitdefender shield, it just doesnt work like that.You can fix it by adding exception (exe file) to the advanced threat defense functionality.You do it at your own risk and take the responsibility upon yourself and you are not to blame me.
