No Flying?

Finish the main story first.
An new option called Infinite Fly mode will appear on the pause menu. Turn it on, then revisit the White Expanse area. Just walk around the whole area, this achievement will be unlocked when you reach a room where your “infinite fly” ability is disable. (An in-game text also will be shown as “For some reason, you can’t fly here…” at that moment.)
