“The Isometry of High Overseer Thaddeus Campbell” – Inside the Office of the High Overseer building, Main Hall. The painting can be found in the same secret chamber where you find the fifth rune. (1/11)

“The Commutative Rats and the Weeper” – After dealing with the two assassins in the first area, jump into the water and reach the catwalk above you by climbing the chain. Look for a room in the rooftops, where you can see a weeper prowling. Blink there and find the painting. (9/11)

“The Torturer’s Quaternionic Groan” – After fight with Daud (or pickpocket him), make your way to the tunnel. While climbing down the chain, jump on the third floor to find the painting. (10/11)
