Overview
This is a guide for how to kill the most efficiently in all your favourite ways (like stealth, stealth (no killing), aggresive, aggresive mostly flesh and blood and so on)
The badass way
The first section is what I think is the most loved way to play the game: the killing everyone in an aggresive but slightly stealthy way. A great tip is: grab every rune you can so you can unlock your favourite powers so you can play the way you want in aggresive way. ofcourse you can’t have all powers unlocked so I suggest this builds:
fun but slightly more difficult build: – get maximum on possesion first
– after possesion maxed get slow time maxed
– if you have more runes to spend grab the windblast
or vitality to lvl* 1 (devouring swarm is bad here)
the casual build: – Get windblast to max (you can get that very fast)
– after that get devouring swarm to lvl 1
– with this build you are going to focus on weaponery so what you choose afterwarths is not important (slow time is recommended)
weaponery:
First build weaponery: – grab the Xbow to max (all upgrades)
-use springrazors (slightly stealthy)
pro-tip: USE WHALE OIL TANKS FOR TRAP SET-UP (really handy)
second build weaponery: – get as much grenades as you can maybe even upgrade
– use rewire tools and windblast (lvl 2)
– on higher missions unlock the sticky grenade
and unlock the explosive bullets
pro-tip: YOU CAN THROW LONG DISTANCE GRENADES BY SLOWING TIME THEN THROW THE GRENADE AND THEN DO WINDBLAST ON THE GRENADE (MOSTLY THEY DO IT LIKE THIS BUT IF YOU ARE LOW ON MANA YOU CAN (instead of using windblast) SHOOT A BULLET AGAINST THE GRENADE FOR THE SAME EFFECT

The stealthy way
Some will find this more difficult to use but others swear by it
Well this is the stealthy way this is the way I prefer because it’s way more difficult and by the definition of dishonored this is still a stealth game and I like to play this way cause I always swear by the most difficult way well here are some builds and some tips there are two ways the high chaos way (much kills) and the low chaos way (not many kills) in low chaos make sure to grab as many runes and bone charms as you can as high chaos grab as much money as you can
stealthy high chaos build: – euhm…
– well the only thing I reccomend is shadowkill to max
– maybe you can use darkvision if you are that bad…
aaaah the weapon part: – Xbow (no upgrades)
– Zoom in for mask (only if your aim is dead)
– I prefer springrazors (upgrade capacity)
– (grenades)
pro-tip: YOU CAN USE GRENADES THE STEALTHY WAY IN A BACK ALLY OR SOMETHING BUT MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS NO-ONE ALIVE BEFORE THEY CAN STAND UP
stealthy low chaos: – grab agility first to lvl 1
– then grab like slow time to lvl 1 (handy for escaping)
– possesion comes in handy for infiltrating (lvl 1 or lvl 2)
– you can also grab blink lvl 2 for higher mobility
pro-tip: LIKE I SAID GRAB AS MANY BONE CHARMS AS YOU CAN THEN YOU GET STRONG ARMS (maybe) THEN YOUR CHOKE GOES WAY FASTER
the weapon part: – the only weapon that comes in handy is ofcourse the sleepdarts
so upgrade them
