If you are trying to dance to get the Goth kids to help you and you are playing on a PC then you need to use the actual arrow keys on your keyboard not the keys that you are using for movement.
That’s right ASWD will NOT work Brittney, so don’t use them. Make sure that you use the arrow keys angsty so the you can get it right.
