Step 1: Open Portal 2.

Step 2: Click on “Options”.

Step 3: Click on “Keyboard and Mouse”.

Step 4: Enable Developer Console.

Step 7: Submit and close the console.

Step 8: Click on “Play Co-operative Game”.
