How to download skins
1. Get the skins from website like GameBanana[gamebanana.com]
2. Go to the root folder of Portal 2 and create folder called:
portal2_dlc3
3. Put the “pak01_dir” file into the folder that we created (note: if you are installing multiple mods just change the number, example: pak02_dir, pak05_dir)
How to fix skins and sound
4. Now launch the game, open the the developer console and type:
snd_rebuildaudiocache
(if you dont know how to open the console, just google it, its easy)
5. You will now see the loading screen, wait for the all dots turn orange
6. When it happends, exit the game
