The third character is currently unavailable in early access. His possible in game icon was revealed in a tweet showcasing the new character select screen.
The Merchant
The Merchant is found at several locations around the spire, selling cards, relics and potions to help you on your journey. If you want to be his friend… then buy his membership card 😉
Neow
Neow is the lovable whale you meet at the beginning of every run. Everytime you die in the spire he brings you back, along with a blessing should you have made it to the city on the previous run ;3
