Are you friendzoned by Alyx or on your way to the friendzone? This guide will help you break out of the friendzone and be alpha.
The eight steps on how to avoid the friendzone.
1) When Alyx asks you if you want to go out, tell her something along the lines of “maybe, I’ll have to check my schedule. I might be busy killing headcrabs, but if I’m not busy I’ll show up.”
2) When Alyx calls you, don’t immediately pick up, continue shooting metro cops and moving boxes around with the gravity gun. After an hour or two, then you can call her back.
3) When you kill a headcrab zombie thats about to kill Alyx and she tells you “thanks for saving me Gordon! You’re like a brother to me!” That means you’re being passive and not making your intentions clear. At this point, you need to be assertive and let her know that you like her more than a friend.
4) When she cries on your shoulder and complains about what a jerk Dr. Breen is, tell her something along the lines of “forget that guy, get yourself a real man like me!”
5) Let her know that shes your property. When Barney, Dr. Kleiner or whoever are talking to her, put your arm around her shoulder and look at the guy she’s talking to in the eyes.
6) Don’t be afraid to be a bad boy. When a metro cop tells you to pick up a can from the ground and throw it away, throw that can in his face. This way Alyx will know that you’re alpha.
7) Don’t be afraid to go kill headcrabs with Barney and other friends instead of her, so that she will value her time spent with you more.
8) Don’t be afraid to flirt with Judith in front of her a bit, so she will get jealous and want you more.
