Kilroy’s Guide to Love & Sex: Second Base

Overview

This guild covers playing the game on Normal Difficulty playing Mike (the male character) as the main character. As the developer updates the game frequently some things may change.As I have 2,300+ other games I’ve moved on from this one for now (But HIGHLY recommend it)If you want to avoid spoilers, this guide is not for you.

Game Basics

The game is broken into four seasons and starts in the Summer. Some events are only available in certain seasons, days of the week, or times of the day. This means you have to prioritize what you want to accomplish. For instance since the game starts in the Summer you want to purchase a swim suit right away so that you can use the pool to increase your fitness and charm levels. Once Fall comes around you can no longer use the pool.

Game actions, (Command, Compliment, Kiss, Offer a Gift, Pet her on the head, Spank, Tickle) are limited to you performing once per hour and once per day per girl. So, you can only give one gift per hour and a girl can only receive one gift per day. The next hour you will be able to give another gift, but not to the same girl. You can talk to every girl in the same hour, but only talk about a specific topic with that girl once per day. The next time you talk to her that day, the option will not be available.

There are some places that you can only visit on the weekend, Church on Sunday for instance. For dates you can only go to the Beach (14:00, Summer Only, requires a car), Mall (14:00), Park (14:00), in the middle of the day and those options are only available on the weekend.

The Nightclub opens at 22:00 and requires Fancy Clothes. To take a date to the Nightclub you schedule the date as normal and don’t actually go on it until 22:00 and then the Nightclub is an option, provided you have Fancy Clothes in your inventory.

Most events can be backed out of, or avoided, until you are ready for them, others cannot. For example if you trigger a Harem decision event and the girls are not all at the required level and one leaves. Scroll the mouse wheel up and avoid the area/time/people in the room until you have the required stats. The mantra of Save and Save often is one you should follow. I normally have three different saves: In Progress which I save every half hour to an hour, Backup that I save when I’m done with my current gaming session (I also save In Progress at the same time), then Temp which I save when something might go wrong, like the phone rings or an event starts.

I’ve had to restart the game a number of times due to not having a save game to go back to so that I could get the results I wanted.

Events are usually trigger when you reach the top of an available status bar, normally the bar. So, keeping them close to full will normally prevent an event from triggering while you’re trying to do something else.

The button in the upper right will normally give you the information you need to advance. Not everything is listed under the girl’s page, Bree for instance has Bree, Gamer Bree, and Maid Bree depending on how you are playing and where you are in the game. So scroll down to see if there is something else you should be doing for the girl you are trying to advance. Most of the items you need to do are obvious. One of the most frequent non-obvious goals is Get to know X better. This generally means fill their Love bar to the current max. Once the Love bar is at the current max you might want to check back and see if a new goal has appeared.

When you complete a goal a flag will show up on the right side under the Book button.
This would be a good time to see what the current goals are for that character.

I recommend turning down the girls every time they want to go on a date. This will cost you one , but if you miss the date you will lose five. Normally I only schedule dates the day of the date. Exceptions include birthdays and weekend afternoon dates. This reduces the chances of you missing the date because of an event. You can no longer ask a girl to go on a date immediately, you can ask up to the hour before. So if you’re going on an afternoon date you have to ask by 13:00 and and evening date by 19:00. You don’t have to see the girl in person, you can call.

Some things take time, others do not. You can travel the entire city and talk to every girl and not lose an hour. Use this to your advantage. Early on Fun is going to be an issue maintaining. Cooking for the girls will earn some for you. You can also call and text to earn a little, at no time cost. If you find yourself low on food you can grab a Hot Dog at the Mall until 18:00 from 19:00 on you can grab a burger at the Pub from 19:00 on, there is no time cost for either.

Explanation of icons

Starting Off

Bree will ask you to tell her about yourself.

Your options are:

Martial Arts can be learned from The Master, on the beach, requires a bike or car to get to the beach.
Cooking can be learned from a skill book that you can purchase from the Book Store at the mall.
Dancing can be learned from Palla

It is recommended to select one of the skills. Currently Shooting is the only that cannot be learned in game that yields benefits. I have not yet come across a need for Golf in the current version.

I recommend selecting Martial Arts at this time. Since the game starts off in the Summer, you don’t have a car, the cost is $100 per lesson and you lose a whole day it is very difficult to learn Martial Arts before the next year. Not a major issue, but I ran into an end of story feature since I didn’t immediately learn Martial Arts the second year.

If you believe you can learn Martial Arts in the second summer then Shooting is the second option as there is no other way to learn it. Right now Shooting doesn’t have as much of an impact as the Martial Arts skill. Additionally as there are certain events that require Summer, do you want to waste almost a complete week of Summer getting this skill?

Next Bree will ask you about your hobbies

Video Games will give you access to the Bree gamer path where you increase Bree’s every time you play video games together. If you want to play the Bree Gamer story line you MUST select this option.

Guitar can be learned from a book you can purchase at the book store and is required to start the band harem (Anna and Kleio)

I highly recommend not selecting Cars as it will severely hamper you building your cash reserve.

I recommend selecting Working. The faster you progress at work the more money you earn.

Next you have to select something bad or shameful about you.

Luck doesn’t factor largely into the game, but does have impact on a few story lines and can be increase by obtaining items in game.

Like the car above adding additional debt will make the game much more difficult. Unlike the car there is no plus side to this option.

Selecting Animals hate me is the “best” option if you want to follow any of the pregnancy story lines. In over 300 hours time played this has only caused an issue for me once, this may change in the future.

Question four, have you done anything of note. This is not available if you selected No. nothing… for question 3.

I recommend taking either Lucky or Hung as they both have long term effects, rather than just a starting bonus.

Cleaning

Every Monday your cleaning will reset. You must clean the apartment every week. Later, when you can afford it, you can pay $100 per week to have your cleaning duties removed. Go to your phone, wrench and screw driver icon, select Cleaning ($100/week). Recommend that you wait until you are earning $100 per work cycle as cleaning yourself will cost you one work cycle.

You are charged for cleaning on Monday, along with the rent. However, if you cancel cleaning because you are running low on money all of the chores for that week will need to be done, or you will lose five from your house mates.

You don’t have to clean it all in one day. Cleaning is a great way to waste an hour.
One you have filled your chore bar any additional chores you do will increase your with the girls in the house.

Under your money in the upper right you will see the cleaning bar.

There will be a vacuum icon if a room can be cleaned.

Cleaning a room will fill 25% of your cleaning bar.

Additionally you can Skim the pool

or do Dishes. Dishes only count for 5%, but only drain your happiness, they don’t take any time.

Various yard chores are available at the front porch

Skill Books

Most skills can be acquired from books that you purchase in the bookstore for $200 each.

Cooking (10% per read) (Kleio and Samantha story lines), must read 10 times to learn skill
Guitar (10% per read), must read 10 times to learn skill
Massage (10% per read), must read 10 times to learn skill
S&M (5% per read) (Audrey story line), must read 20 times to learn skill
Shibari (Japanese Rope Tying) (5% per read) (Sasha story line), must read 20 times to learn skill

Your priority should be the Guitar skill if you did not select as a starting skill. This will allow you to progress in the Band Harem and interact with the members of the band, other than Sasha.

Next I suggest the Cooking book.

Then Shibari, S&M, and Massage.

Massage is actually for the Sasha domination story line.

Recommended Month One Schedule

This strategy will increase your Charm, Fitness, and Knowledge.

First things first, go to the Mall, open between 10:00 and 18:00, and purchase the Luxury bed. The Luxury bed allows you to feel more rested, in less time. Otherwise you’re going to be continually fighting for the bathroom until the girls are comfortable with you seeing them naked. Also pick up the Swimsuit in the clothing store.

This is only a guide, in game events will through your schedule and you will need to adjust for the day.

If you did not pick up the Guitar skill during Bree’s questions you will want to pick up the skill book in the Bookstore once you have $200 and see the book there. This should be a priority if you are looking to do the Band Harem or access any of the women in the band, aside from Sasha.

After you pick up the Guitar book the next thing you want to save up for is the Charm machine, $600 from the Electronics store in the mall.

Recommended Month Two Schedule

In the Fall, the pool is closed, so Swimming and Sunbathing are no longer available.

As the first month this is just a general guide and in game events will throw off the timing and you will need to adjust for that day. I do recommend that you max out your Knowledge before you get your Charm high enough to attract Kylie into the game. Kylie makes the game much more difficult and I recommend not activating her until you have most of the rest, if not all, of the other girls where you want them. Generally you can avoid Kylie, even if your is >= 50, by avoiding the University on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you activate Kylie by accident either roll back by mouse wheel up, or load a previous save.

Recommended Schedule for Month Three

The third month is when you can really start dating. You should now be earning some decent money from your job. You should have your housemates in love with you enough that you can share the bathroom in the morning. Most of your skills should be getting close to being maxed out or learned.

Conversations – Part 1

There isn’t a great way to present this information, basic conversation results. So I have broken it into two tables with the characters A – H in the first table and the characters K – S in the second table. Each girl’s page will have their conversation results also. I have found both methods of accessing the information to be helpful.

As the conversation topics are not in any order in the game the charts are in alphabetical order by topic to make it easier to find.

Hanna has the most complex conversation possibilities so they are below both tables. The good thing about the complexity of Hanna’s conversations is that it is very easy to adjust her stats.

Audrey

You will initially meet Audrey in the Pub where she is being pursued by Danny. If you choose not to help her, she will not become available.
If you do choose to help her you can say she’s your toy and gain five . She’ll tease you about it later.
If you choose to fight Danny you must have 75 or 50 and the Martial Arts skill.

If you’re looking to collar Audrey she has no conversation topics that will increase her submissive level. The easiest way to increase her submissive level is to take her to the Pub and Play Pool and Play Darts, both will increase by two. Ayesha

Bree

Bree is the other possible main character, if you want to play from the female point of view. If you selected Mike (you can change the name if you want) as your character, Bree becomes another one of the girls you can interact with.

Bree has two main paths the Gamer path, which requires you to answer that your hobbies are Video Games in the very start of the game, and the Maid path.

You initially meet Cassidy at the Friday evening Office party.

If you’re looking to collar Cassidy you will need to successfully complete the Investigation and make her your pet. You can then gain one per day by having her give you a BJ under your desk and c.u.m. on her face (c.u.m.m.i.n.g. in her mouth increases by one)

Emma (The Dream Girl)

Emma is the girl of your dreams, literally. You must be Lucky to find her. You can select I’m Lucky as one of your starting skills, pick 4 Leaf Clovers in the Park, or get Lavish’s Lucky Panties. If you selected I’m Unlucky you will need both a 4 Leaf Clover and Lavish’s Lucky Panties.

After you dream about her go to the park between 10:00 and 15:00 and you catch a glimpse of her. Then you search for her.

Eventually you will find her in the Bakery with Samantha. Provided you have met Samantha in the park if she was on the Revenge path. If Samantha introduces you as her boyfriend, you have to tell Samantha that she is interpreting too much into the relationship between the two of you.

Hanna

Hanna is the daughter of the owner of the Gym. You need to have at least 20 to be able to meet her in the gym.

Hanna has the most complex conversation options in the game. A chart is not a viable way to display the conversation results as the results will vary based upon your answers.

Harmony

Harmony is unlocked by going to Church on Sunday and attending mass.

Go to the bathroom and Masturbate. Come back to Church the next week and attend mass. Accept Harmony’s invitation to attend “Private Bible Study”. The Bible studies are at 14:00 at the Church the icon is the same as attend mass.

Kleio

Kleio is a member of the Deathless Harpies, Sasha’s band. The Guitar skill is required to access the band. You can select the Guitar skill as one of your starting skills or learn it from a book at the Book store.

If you’re looking to collar Kleio there is no quick route as she has no conversation topics that will increase her submissive level. The easiest way to increase her submissive level is to take her to the Pub and Play Pool and Play Darts, both will increase by two. Additionally you can take her on dates at Home and Play Board Games or Play Console, these will also increase by two.

Kylie

Kylie is Alexis’ kid sister. Due to her Yandere trait, Kylie makes the game much more difficult. I HIGHLY recommend you keep her out of the game until you are done, or almost done, with the rest of the girls. Her collar says it all, CRAZY. Fortunately she isn’t difficult to keep out of the game, provided you focus on your in the first month. She won’t come into the game until your is >= 50. When your is >= 50 she will appear at the University on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you activate Kylie by accident either roll back by mouse wheel up, or load a previous save.

Lavish

You meet Lavish at the Friday night office party.

Lexi

You initially meet Lexi in a dark alley and she will try to lure you into an ambush mugging by Danny. If your <50 or <25 with Marital Arts skill you will lose $500, or everything if you have less. You can choose to not follow her until you are ready for Danny.

Minami

Minami is Mike’s adopted sister.

If you’re looking to collar Minami, talking about Sex is the way to do it. You can see Mike’s siscon points on the phone on Mike’s screen, upper left icon.

Minami has one of the most misleading hints

Take Minami on a lot of dates. It isn’t the number of dates that completes this goal, it is the locations. You need to take Minami on dates to as many different locations as possible. You do not need them all, I completed it before I had gone to the Beach. The quickest way to accomplish this goal is to do it on the weekend when you can double up on the dates. I suggest going to the Mall on Saturday at 14:00, get the >= 50 and then do the Home date. Sunday go to the Waterpark (if Spring or Summer) or the Park get the >= 50 and then do the Cinema. This will clear four locations in two days. The reason for doing Home and Cinema as the follow up dates is that they are harder to get Minami to 100 without having a gift.

Morgan

You will meet Morgan the first time you go to the Cinema, you don’t have to be on a date. She is out on a date with another girl. Morgan is a childhood friend who was just one of the guys when you were growing up. Unfortunately you actually believe she’s a guy. After meeting Morgan go to the Pub and talk to Jack.

Palla

Palla is a Model friend of Audrey’s. You will meet her at the Mall between 14:00 and 18:00 after you have played 10 days. You need to raise your >= 50 before she will be interested in you.

After you and Palla become closer you’ll have the opportunity to become her agent. The Goal will simply be Talk to Palla. You need to talk to her when she is at the Mall entrance Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday 10:00 to 11:00. A couple of days later she will call you and you will have the option to be her agent. If you answer, “Let’s do it!” you will be able to manage Palla’s career on your phone. By the time you get to this point in the game, you’re not going to be doing it for the money, but to unlock Palla’s goals.

To manage Palla open the Contacts on your phone. Palla will now have a Manage option.

Palla will also have a new Work bar on her profile.

Select the Look for jobs to see what jobs are available for Palla.

Friday morning

Initially this will be limited. After you have found a job for Palla select the Change jobs option, this will show you the jobs available for Palla. Once you select a job the Manage screen will update with where Palla is currently working.

Friday morning you will get a report of how much Palla made and what your cut is. As you can see by the results of the first week it is going to cost you initially to be Palla’s manager.

Later Palla will call you and ask you to look for a new job for her. Repeat the process and pick a new job for her.

Samantha

Samantha used to be your roommate and moved out with Ryan, your other roommate, at the very start of the game. She is a Literary major at University and wants to write children’s books. You will meet her when you go into the City in the second week.

If you’re looking to collar Smantha I recommend talking about Food, this is the only topic that has a chance to increase her Submission level.

Sasha

Sasha is your other roommate. A goth girl Sasha is about the exact opposite of Bree. Sasha works at the clothing store in the mall.

If you’re looking to collar Sasha I recommend talking about TV first and Sex second. Talking about TV will not increase until you have 25 with Sasha.

Shiori

Shiori is Mike’s assistant.

During her interview she will stay if you respond, “I like it when you call me sir.”

If you’re looking to collar Shiori I recommend talking about Sex first, Love second, and Food third. Shiori is the easiest of all to collar.

The Investigation

The Investigation into the missing $3 Million will always start on a Friday. You have one week to prove your innocence. If you fail to prove your innocence you will lose your job and have to find another job that will pay you much less.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

Save your game as soon as the Investigation starts, in case you fail. Unless of course you want to see if you can play with a lot less money.

You want to focus 100% of your attention on proving yourself innocent. Until that is done you want to avoid any distractions. You won’t be able to earn any money for a week, so watch your expenses.

Before you leave the office talk to Aletta and Lavish. They will now have an extra option to talk about, Talk about the investigation. You can talk to them later, but it will be a couple of days before they get back to you and time is of the essence.

Don’t bother talking to Audrey and Shiori, they won’t be of any help.

If you don’t have a Spy Camera in your inventory go to the Electronic Store and buy one for $100.

You need to be in the Office every morning, other than Sunday, to hack into Aletta’s computer. Your Knowledge level affect how efficient your hacks are. Higher Knowledge equals more information gained.

If you talked to Lavish about the investigation she will also call you on Sunday and you make some additional progress on the investigation.

Monday morning you will get a call from Cassidy wanting to meet in your office at midnight. You need to accept the offer and not miss the appointment, otherwise you will almost certainly fail.

8:00 Friday morning you’ll get a call to come into the office. If your investigation is at 100% Cassidy will be your pet and you will get to keep your job. If your investigation is less than 100% you’ll lose your job and have to find another one.
