Overview
This guide covers the basics of Brick Rigs (Controls etc.). If you’re new to this game, this guide will probably help you a lot!
The Main Menu
So, you’ve just downloaded this game and, of course, you land in the main menu. Your first reaction is probably this: “wth am i supposed to do plz elp”.
You’ll see this bar thingy on the left side of your screen.
With that out of the way, let’s play, shall we?
After clicking on “Play”, this will pop up:
Those numbers in the upper right corner of these boxes show how many gamemodes there are on this map.
There are four gamemodes: Sandbox, Conquest, Battle, Zombie Mode.
As an example,
select “Bricksville” and “Sandbox”. Hit the green “Play” button when you’re ready.
After spawning in a map, you’ll spawn at something that’s called an “Editor”.
The basic controls and other stuff
An editor looks like this:
In order to enter it, you have to look at the bubble in front of its door. Then, press “E”.
Since you’ve probably just started, I recommend you to download a vehicle in the Workshop (Or just use the pre-installed vehicles)
You’ll see this when you enter an editor:
Click on the folder icon without an arrow to load up a vehicle. Doubleclick the vehicle to spawn it in the editor, then press the vehicle icon on the upper right corner to spawn your vehicle.
Now we’ve covered this. What did I forget? Ah yes, the options! Press “Escape” and click on “Options”.
“Gameplay” is for general options, “Controls” is for rebinding or finding out controls and “Graphics” is for (Who could’ve guessed?) graphics.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaanyway, here are some of the most important controls:
F – Freecam
Space (In Freecam) – Teleport yourself or (When in a vehicle) teleport the vehicle
M – Map (The gear thingies are editors)
U – Unflip your vehicle and keep the damage
Ctrl + R – Unflip and repair your vehicle (Or revive yourself)
Ctrl + G – Activate god-mode
Tip: You can use the map to teleport, just click on the position on the map you want to teleport to.
The “Match Menu”
One of the most important aspects in Brick Rigs is the “Match Menu”
The picture below shows what each button does:
How to get guns and other skins
Press “Escape” and click on “Match”
You’ll see roles like “Civilian”, “Police”, “Criminal” etc.
Those roles get you a new skin and (Except for Civilian and Fire Dep.) a/two gun(s).
Some roles even have different loadouts. You have to scroll down a bit to find them.
How to create a server
Ok, ok. You probably had your fun in Singleplayer. Now we use something that’s called “Internet” to play with different people all around the world! You need a Modem and at least 4 Megabytes of RAM! Oh wait, we’re not in the 80’s anymore, oops.
In order to create a server, you have to go back to the map selection and click on “No” at “Multiplayer”. It’ll turn to “Yes” and is going to be highlighted in orange.

So, you’ve (probably) read this guide completely. You’re now promoted to “Pro”.
