This Guide will tell you about an almost unknown command that removes the quest item flag without getting rid of the actual item.
How to Get Rid of Glitched Quest Items
SetQuestObject “FormID” 0
(don’t add quotation marks to code)
This will make the quest item into a normal item so you can put it in a chest or just drop it.
(If you make the 0 a 1 then it will do the opposite and make it a quest item)
